Larry x Popular reader: pt 2

I felt my checks heat up, hoping my eyes were just deceiving me and I was not sitting next to  Larry, but the list was right in front of me. And I could do nothing to change it.

I didn't know what to do. My mind just went blank. I stood there like an idiot until I was pushed away by my peers . I guess one of the kids was  not having it  as I was pushed  away form the crowd of kids and hit something solid.

My eyes were shut tight until I realized I was not on the ground but something or someone was stopping me from falling,  what was it?

Not even a few seconds later I hear a roar of laughter from the others in the class. 'What was so funny? ' I question myself. As I opened my eye's and put myself back on my feet, slowly taking a step back as I noticed who had caught me... It was Larry.. he didn't look so happy with the others as they continued to laughed " Larry and ( Y/N ) sitting  in a tree K-I-S-S-I-N-G!" I heard someone say out loud.  That only made the laughing worse.

I was so embarrassed, I wanted to cry , not only because of the others but I was afraid that Larry would not like me. I looked up when I heard  Larry say " Leave her alone, it was an accident!" He yelled as that just made the kids laugh louder until the teacher broke up the mess and yelled at everyone for them to get to their seats or else they would get a detention. With no choice I sat down in my seat.

As class goes on nobody mentioned what happened earlier, no note passing, no nothing. Which believe me I was glad. 

I was lost in though until I heard somebody whisper my name I looked up , thinking it was the teacher was calling on me to answer a  question but I looked to the left of me and I saw Larry's hand stretched out to give me a note. This surprised me as I quickly took the note from his hand and opend it.

"Hey ( Y/N) , I'm sorry about those asshole's that laughed at you don't let them get to you . I know we really don't talk much but I was wondering if you wanted to hang out sometime. Thought you might want a break  from the popular girls. - Larry"

I couldn't help but smile at Larry's sweet note. I quickly got out a piece of paper and began writing my letter to Larry.

" Hey Larry! I would love to hang out with you and your friends. I hope that they don't think I'm a bitch sence I" hang out" with those girls, and thanks for catching me, I would of fell to my death :) - ( y/n)"

When the teacher wasn't looking I poked Larry's arm and gave him the letter , I watched him read it as a smile formed on his lips . I couldn't help but blush... I think he's really cute... And who cares what those girls think. Who knows mabye I'll become friends with Larry's group.

Larry nodded his head as the bell rang for us to go to get out of the class. I quickly got my stuff ready  because I know Melanie would be waiting for me to walk to our next class, but I saw Larry walk up to me " Hey (Y/N) I know you and Melanie usually walk each other to class but I was wondering if I could walk you to class today?" He asked scratching his neck with a tint of pink on his cheeks? But I just smiled and nodded my head " Sure Larry, I'd love that, besides in sure the queen can walk herself to class ".  I said with a sight giggle, standing up and putting my backpack on my shoulder's . I walked out with Larry completely ignoring Melanie, who seemed pissed, and I could not wipe the smile off my face. 

~Time skip ~

The day went by pretty quickly and Larry's friends were really kind and accepting, they even invited me to sit with them at lunch! I can see why Larry hangs out with them.  When I had to go home Larry was nice enough to walk me home.  Everything was going well, until Melanie showed up in the middle of our walk.  She was not happy , not at all...

" Where the hell have you been ( Y/n)?! We were supposed to walk home together, not hang out with those losers, let alone Larry!" She exclaimed. I was so sick of her shit talk, " Well mabye I don't want to walk with your bitch ass! All you ever do is talk shit about everybody! Larry and his friends are really great people, you just don't accept people! " I yelled out shocking both Larry and Melanie. Melanie took a step closer to me, she looked infuriated.

" listen here hun, I was the one who made you popular, I can ruin you just as fast! Go on and date loser boy over here if you want but just know if you walk away now you will never be allowed to sit at my table anymore! " She snapped back thinking that would scare me but I just grabbed Larry's hand and walked away from her , flipping the bird at her as we walked away.

I heard screaming as we walked farther away from her as me and Larry both broke out in laughter.  " Dude that was fucking awesome! Did you see the look on her face?!" Larry said in between chuckles . I couldn't help but blush as I noticed he didn't move his hand from mine.

As we finally got to my house I thanked Larry for everything and kissed him on the cheek , to which I got a toothy smile in return. " I-i'll see you tomorrow (Y/n)!" Larry said starting to walk away. I waved until he was out of sight.  For once I  couldn't wait to go to school tomorrow!
