Early in the fourth quarter of the afternoon, the whole pack is busy for the biggest event for decades. In an hour, the wedding of their Alpha and Luna will takes place. The sacred event that everyone will treasure even for century.

Visitors from other packs started arriving, even the local guest. All of them were anticipating the wedding ceremony. It was first time in their history that the Alpha will marry a mortal– a human Aubrey is.

Despite of the fact that Aubrey was in a hostage crisis not too long ago, Hunter insisted to continue the ceremony. Aubrey didn't complain about it, neither one of the powerful person in the pack.

As expected, Aubrey was bombarded with endless questions when she came face-to-face with her friends again.

"Why did you left on the night of your bridal shower?"

"Where were you?"

"We keep visiting, they said you were somewhere. They didn't clear any of your whereabouts. Why is that?"

"Uncle, Aunt and Gab was worried sick since they came and you wasn't around. Where did you really go?"

Those are just some of her friend's investigative questions. All of them is in the dressing room wearing all red shining long gowns, except of course for Aubrey who wears signature wedding white dress that looks perfect on her curvy body. Aubrey was shining beautifully, as if she was sprinkled with silver glitters that highligted every inch of her gown. She wears a set of accessories which is accord to the design of her wedding gown. A heavy tiara rests on her head that holds the white linen. Her brow was perfectly trimmed, perfectly shaped and shaded. Her nude brown and light hazel nut eyeshadow highligted her bright eyes, her long lashes that was curled up also made a big role. A contour emphasized her cheekbones and pointed nose. And a bright pink shining lipstick completed her wedding makeup. She was indeed the most beautiful bride her friends have ever seen.

The girls are talking, all of them are jealous of Aubrey. She is to marry a handsome man, not just that but also a wealthy, wise and brave one.

"But of course, Hunter's also lucky to have you. You are a prize, Bree," said Kate while adoring her bestriend.

"Thank you, thank you for everything everyone..." Aubrey smiled. "...you will have your own prizes. It might not be now but soon," she encouraged.

A knocked on the door made the girls' head swung backward. All of their eyes landed to one person, Mina.

"Can I have a minute with the bride?" Mina asked in a pleasing tone.

Merliana and the rest of Aubrey's friends smiled at her then they all left.

Mina and Aubrey was left on the dressing room, alone. Taking her every step slow, Mina finally moved. She was mesmerized by Aubrey's incredible beauty which she didn't appreciate before.

"I... I just want to say I'm so sorry... for everything that I've done." Mina bowed her head, ashamed and embarassed of her behavior towards Aubrey back then. "I also want to say thank you... despite of harming you, you didn't neglect me. You held a hand so I can hold on. I-I don't know how can I pay you back. I owe you my life, Luna." Mina raised her head and she wasn't expecting Aubrey to smile to her the way she did.

"I also want to thank you," Aubrey said never erasing that smile from her beautiful face. "you cameback and rescued me. Thank you, Mina." when Mina heard her own name, her emotions are at war. She wants to feel the guilt she deserved, but she also want to be happy for Aubrey and for the enlightment her newest Luna caused.

"C-can I embrace you?"

"You sure do," Aubrey said with an open arms.

A classic piano is loud enough to please everyone's ear in front of Montegomery's mansion. There are fresh flowers every where, soft fabric colours red, pink and white. There are thousands of chairs, a long red carpet, and aisle where Hunter, Drake, Damon and the priest stand to wait for the bride. On the bride's runway was a huge arch in which fresh flowers are hanging. Everything is perfect, everything is well handled.

Hunter waits impatiently. He stand right down the aisle wearing a black formal suit, with a well fold kerchief on his chest pocket along with a red fresh rose. His hair was fixed into submission, and his face was never been that bright before, that's what his pack members claimed.

The mellow tune of the piano makes everything seems like a fairy tale where the prince and princess are about to live happily ever after.

Hunter wants to run, he want to bring Aubrey right in his side so he will see her again after long hours of not even glancing at her. He want to hold her tight in the waist, tell everyone that she belonged to him, only him. His heartbeat is throbbing hard through his rib cage. It's beating abnormally fast.

The music of piano continues as the flower girl and boy made their way down the aisle. Hunter's beating heart increased even more. In a minute, Aubrey will be by his side, holding him in the arm, saying their vow to each other, sealing their promises using the ring and kiss her tenderly in front of the world, in front of her God.

Gabriel was the flower boy who look tenderly cute and awesome in his black suit.

Couple of maiden and bachelor walk in the red carpet and only separates way at the end of the aisle. Every seconds for Hunter feels like forever. He can't wait to see his bride, his mate. How do she look like, what kind of dress is she wearing, Hunter badly wants to know. After another minutes, the path is yet again empty. Another type of melodic music plays expertly.

The grand arch's red curtain on the other end was then split into two. All of their heads was in only one direction, in the grand arch. That is when Aubrey with her parents came to view. Hunter's heart skipped a beat. Many who witnessed their love story started tearing up. To name a few was Olivia, Elena, Merliana, Kate, Mina, Sabrina and even the male werewolves in the packs were in tear.

Hunter is completely frozen. Aubrey always been look perfect in his eyes, but she look like Goddess herself right now not just in her groom's eyes but also on everyone. As if every little thing was in a slow motion, Hunter saw how bright the smile that formed in Aubrey's lips was. Even the blink of his bride is well detailed.

Hunter found himself admiring his bride over and over again. Never did he know that he will be this crazy in love with a mere human like Aubrey. A mere human he oath to protect forever.

The Alpha wants to fetch Aubrey himself, if it was not only forbid in human's wedding he must have done it right afer seeing her. His heart as well as his wolf is jumping in bliss. Hunter always thought humans are dumb to engage in wedding like that but he didn't know it feels that way until now.

The long wait is finally over, one last step and Aubrey with her parents will be right in front of Hunter.

Mr. Clark held her daughter's hand for a longer time. A tear then escaped his eyes, that was the second time Aubrey seen his dad cried. First at the hospital after she was almost abused. And right now, on her wedding day. Her father took her hand, he kissed the back of her hand, more specifically, the white glove she's wearing. Then he look straight at Hunter who is watching them tenderly.

"Hold my daughter's hand forever, with care and love. Treat her like a queen, I need you to promise me that."

"I will with all my life, father." Hunter replied with his full sincerity.

"I love you, always." Mr. Clark said and then transfer his daughter's hand on Hunter's arm.

"I know, and I always do love you, and mom, and Gab." Aubrey almost chocked.

Hunter look intently at Aubrey. At the moment, Hunter thought he was the luckiest immortal on Earth. Same as Aubrey who thinks she was the luckiest woman to have Hunter in her life.

The couple sat in the chair right in front of the priest. Aubrey look up to her groom, a bright smile bloom on her face.

"My groom looks so handsome, the view of you almost melt my knees while walking," Aubrey remarked truthfully.

"Wife..." Hunter's almost speechless.

"Bride. Still your bride." Aubrey corrected and before they end up kissing each other without the priest's word, Aubrey focused on the ceremony. Hunter can't. What he want is kissing and embracing his wife every second that pass.
