Weekend comes and guess what? Jisoo never forget what I said about us having a sleepover in my house. She's still at her home, packing and fixing her things up. Eomma was not around, she went to Busan early in the morning to visit Grandma. So here I am, watching a disney movie while waiting for Chikin.

1 hour passed when I heard the doorbell rang. I went up immediately and open the door.

"Jennieyah!!" Jisoo said gleefully while waving at me.

"What's with the enthusiasm, Kim Jisoo?" I said while raising my eyebrow.

"Yaaaa! Don't you miss me?" she pouted while I laughed.

"Just come in first before Ill answer that. Its freaking 8 am and its freezing. So will you?" I signaled her to come in immediately.

She nodded and made her way in while jumping. What in a world Jisoo?

"Im getting a hella scared the way you're acting today Chikin." I said as I closed the door behind me.

"Whyyy? Today is just quite wonderful." she said while spinning. Okay. What are you really thinking??

"No its not like that, I mean I knew you since first grade. And being like this means you do have something up your sleeve."

She chuckled and sat on our sofa. She tapped the space beside her for me to sit. I rolled my eyes as I walk towards her.

"So, spill it."

"I.. Hmm. Well since we were having a slumber party. And lets just be honest its kinda suck that we we're the only two around so.." she shyly scratched her head while avoiding my gaze.

"Huh? What are you even talking about Jisoo? Ever since we got into this slumber parties, its usually you and me.." I replied with confusion but then my emotion shifted.

"And Tae." I looked down as his name went out from my lips.

Jisoo held my hand and sigh. "That's the reason Jen, I can't afford seeing my bestfriend like this. Everytime we do a slumber party, you always smile yes it does. But still you can't hide the longiness and sadness in your eyes.

I looked at her apologetically. I admit that, eversince Tae went MIA I made myself numb. His disappearance made me the person today, Cold, Numb, Rude. The pain is just too much.

"I..I-Im sorry Jisoo, Im sorry for letting you down. I know you're doing this sleepover for my attention to get diverted to." I said while hugging her. Im in the brink of crying. Jisoo hugged me back while patting my back.

"Its okay Jen, Im your bestfriend and that's what bff do to each other right?" She said as we let go of each other.

"I.. I can't thank you enough."

"Just a bucket of good old classic chicken will be enough."

"Hey!" I furrowed my eyebrows whole looking at her. She just winked at me with matching finger heart. Haish.

"Okay fine, that will be our dinner for tonight."

"ALRIGHT!!! Chicken here I come." she stood up raising her hands up in the air. I facepalm myself for agreeing to have chicken tonight.
