"What do you want for us in the future Hon?" I asked Joo Hyun while we were sitting on the grass, gazing to the city lights. We were on our last semester and in a few more days, we will be graduating. We decided to spent our night to our fave spot,

"Just to be with you, till we were gray and old were enough for me Love. Seeing our children grow, seeing our grandchildren would be the best though." She said while smiling, still gazing to the city lights beyond.

"Do you believe I can still make it Love?" She looked at me that made me shiver.

"Of course Hon, you will be walking our kids in the aisle. You will be playing with our grandchildren, attending their events and stuffs at school." I tried to hide the sadness in my voice.

"Seulgs, we both know that I will not--"

"Shhhh. Dont say it. You can make it. Trust me Hon. You will. Okay?" I kissed her forehead, hoping she will drop the subject.

"Fine. Then I will make sure to see our little Seulgis." She hugged me that made me soft. This girl never fail to make me smile and happy.

Fast forward...

Our graduation day came, we were at the peak of our moments. Papers were flying around, flowers were given might as well kisses and goodbyes.

We bid our goodbyes for a while to our parents, we rode my bike to our favorite place.

"Hey Seulgs, have you seen this?"

"See what?"

"Remember the vacant lot we were always talking about?"

"Oh yes, why though?"

She didn't answer my question nor speak anything. I looked up only to see her covering her face and crying softly. I panicked and rush to her side.

"Hon, you okay?? What happened?"

She hugged me tightly and continue sobbing to my shoulder. I hugged her and comforted her back.

"Hon what happened? Please tell me.. are you hurt though?"

"Our dreamplace, Seulgs. Our dreamplace where we plan our home to standout. Its gone. Someone bought it." She pointed out the "for sale" sign of the vacant lot we promised to buy as soon as we graduated.

I just hugged her back and pulled her closer to me. This girl..

"We were few steps behind our goal. Hayyy" she sigh defeatedly.

"I bought it."

"Yeah, someone bought it alrea-- wait you what?" She pulled away from my hug with widened eyes.

"What did you say?"

I smiled and looked down.
