Marie's Pov.
My life is a living hell. It all started when my parents got divorced. For a while I had to go back and forth between my moms house and my dads. All my dad did was go get drunk, when I was around. He would even get so drunk he would slap me and beat me.
Eventually the judges saw what he was doing to me. I would have bruises up and down my arms. So the judges let my mom have full custody. Which means I would never have to see my dad again. I was happy about that.
For awhile I was happy. It was just me and my mom. Everything was as normal as it could be without having a dad around. I had good grades, had some good friends, I had a normal life again. I was so happy about that.
Once I finished my sophomore year of high school my life changed again. Changed for the worse. I was no longer happy. I was depressed all the time. I started to get beaten again. And the sad part was... nobody noticed, not even my mom. My mom and I were really close for awhile, but that was gone.
Do you want to know what happened? My mom met another guy. At first he was the best. But after a week he was the reason for my pain. He would beat me just like my father did. My life is repeating. But this time I don't think it's gonna end the same. My mom really likes him. I don't think they will ever separate. She doesn't even know i'm being abused, and she probably never will.
That's not even to mention what goes on at school. Over the summer I lost most of my friends. And everyday I get bullied by 4 guys. Luke Hemmings. Calum Hood. Ashton Irwin. And Michael Clifford.
