Suzzy's Confession.

Chapter Four.

W/hen I reached home, I was too sleepy to even talk. So, I just got changed and slept. I woke up to the sound of my mother calling my name. 'Dinner's ready,' she said.

I crawled out of the bed, splashed cold water on my face and made my way downstairs.

We didn't talk much while dinner, which was rare. Suzzy was so quiet today. Usually she's the one to start a conversation. 

She silently had her dinner and left. I also made my way to my room.

I looked out of the window in my room. Small bright stars shining in the sky made me feel good. My thoughts were interrupted when I heard a knock at door. I opened it to see Suzzy standing and smiling at me. She had chocolates in her hand. 

I'm just a year elder to Suzzy and we share a real sister bonding. She's the one who makes me laugh when I am in a bad mood.

I gestured her in. 'Hey,' she smiled at me.

'Hey' I greeted back. 

'Oo! Someone's in a good mood,' she teased. Well, after that speech Veronicca had given today, I also felt a change in me.

'No No! So, what's up?' I asked and she looked down.

I made her sit on my chair and I sat cross legged on my bed.

'Erm, actually I wanted to tell you something,' she said, avoiding eye contact.

'Mmhmm,' I said, looking at her intently.

This is very unlike her and I was very curious to know what was the matter.

'Actually, umm, I kinda like this guy in my class,' she confessed with what people call, a blush.

'Oh!' was all I could manage to say. This love and all wasn't my thing.

'What oh?' she said, looking up.

'I mean, I don't know what to say' I said, fighting a smile.

'Actually, we are in the same class from the past two years. And he is just very charming. And I feel a kind of attraction towards him.' she said, her cheeks red.

These words immediately made me think about Louis. Oh My God! No!

'That's, that's just great! I mean, my sister is in love' I said and she grinned.

'I don't know if it's love or not. He talks to me very sweetly and his voice, his eyes, his hair is just perfect. And he's the funniest guy in the class. He's just awesome,' she said cheerfully. Love makes you feel this and strangely these words reminded me of Louis. And I am just not ready to accept it.

'Aww, that's so sweet. So, anything else?' I asked.

'Yeah, actually he asked me out for coffee this weekend' she said looking down again.

'Hmm. So what are you expecting from me?' I asked, rubbing my chin.

'You know mum will not let me go out alone. soo you please accompany me at the mall,' she said, smiling at her evil plan.

'No, No, I don't want to be the third wheel between you two' I said.

'Pleasseeee Darcyyy' She said batting her eyelashes. 

'No Suzzy. I can't sit between you two.' I said imagining Suzzy sitting and blushing with that guy. Oh My God.

'I'll leave you at the book section please.' She does know my weak points.

'Well....' I said and she handed me the chocolates.

'You're bribing me?' I asked, making an O with my Mouth.

'Haha yeah. I don't know anything. My sweet sister, you're accompanying me there,' she said.

'Erm, Okayy' I said smiling.

She threw her arms around me and hugged me tightly which was again unlike her.

'Where's my Suzzy?' I asked teasingly.

'I don't know. This is the new me' she shrugs.

'Okay! And what's the name of that guy, who did these things to you?' I said and she stood up to leave.

'Umm Harry.' she said blushing again.

'Hm. Harry. Nice name though' I said.

'I know,' She said.

She was staring at the drawing of Louis' eyes so I immediately I changed the topic.

'Okay, so let me know the details for the outing,' I said

'Yeah okay.' she said looking at me again. Thank God.

She stopped at the door and turned around. 'Darcy,' She said.

'Yeah?' I said tucking a hair strand

'I hope that even you get someone who loves you beyond infinity. Thanks, Good night!' she said and left the room.

These words made me smile.

I know I ain't going to get someone who loves me, I thought as I drifted off to sleep.
