You wake up. You don't think that should be hard but it feels like a ten-ton weight on your entire body. You try to shake it off and stand up. You grab your work shirt to wear later. You check your phone for the time. It's six o'clock in the morning. You have thirty minutes to get your backpack and lunch ready for the day ahead. You take a shower, brush your teeth put on deodorant, and get dressed. You put on a regular T-shirt and a pair of jeans. You put hair gel in your hair and hope for the best. You check for the time again. It is now 6:20. You sit in your room and plan out the day in your head.
You check the time. It is 6:25 now. You are an early bird by heart and so you leave to go to school and work. You drive for one hour and thirty minutes, minus the traffic. You get to school around 7:45. You relax for a moment. You park where you can and walk to the library. You work on anything that you can possibly think of before you go to work. Work starts at ten o'clock so you leave around 9:35 to be at least fifteen minutes early. You get to the Union and clock in. You speak to your boss for a short minute and head to your post. The Game Room seems to be quiet, but not for long. You wait on any customer, hand and foot. You wish for it to end. Within three entire hours, you are free of the being a slave to unpleasant people. You just shove your feelings down. No one needs to know.
