SNAP

Chapter 4

"Katniss, Katniss!" yelled Peeta from across the Victors Village, Katniss turned around to find him running at her
"What's wrong?"
"It's Gale" he said, out of breath. Katniss got up from the ground, where she had been digging up dead primroses, wiped her hands on her shirt and walked over to the justice building. As soon as she arrived, there he was standing on the front steps
"What arewe you doing here?" she asked, angrily
"President Paylor sent me out here to get you" he said, tensely
"Why?" She asked, Peeta wouldn't take his eyes off Gale
"There is a new threat approaching us, and she wants you to meet up with a man named Tony Stark, he's supposed to be some sort of heaven sent leader" Katniss nodded and her and Peeta followed Gale to the helicopter waiting just behind the Justice Building

The cool, misty air swirled around outside the helicopter, making a sharp whistle when it caught a hole in the window. Katniss listened closely, trying to hear a melody, a rhythm in the noise, anything to keep her mind off of where they were going.
"It won't be that bad" Peeta said, smiling with reassurance
"the man who spoke to us, Happy, seemed trustworthy enough" Gale said, awkwardly trying to be comforting although that position was already taken by Peeta
"although he didn't seem too happy" Peeta said with a grin, Katniss couldn't help but smile, Peeta was obviously better with words, he always knew what to say and how to say it, but what Gale lacked in speech, he made up for in anger and violence.
"We're here" called the pilot, opening the bottom of the helicopter. Katniss looked over at Peeta, then at Gale
"in 3...2...1....go" and the three of them unhooked their harnesses and dropped out of the bottom.

   

    Katniss landed first with a thud, Gale second with no concern shown on his face, and Peeta last, struggling to pull his parachute....Gale seemed to enjoy that part.
"London is so much bigger than i thought it would be" Peeta exclaimed
"Over there!" Gale pointed to a chubby man by a presidential looking car
"My name is Happy" he said as they approached. They all climbed into the back of the car
"You look the part." Peeta huffed.
"So who are we meeting?" Katniss asked
"You'll find out soon enough" said Happy. In an instant, the car swerved and hit the curb
"What was that?!" excited happy, thr driver turned to him, worriedly
"It looks like a... blue telephone box"
"What's a telephone box?" Peeta asked, but he got no answer
"Go ahead" said Happy, staring at his phone, and without a second thought, they got out of the car and walked to the front door of a building called "Stark tower london".
