Chapter 6

"This place is crowded" Shawn said, rubbing his hands together

He walked over to a table, climbed on top and cupped his hands over his mouth
"Detective for hire!" he yelled as Gus grabbed his arm and pulled him down
"What are you doing shawn?!"
"Free advertising of course"

Xander looked over at them and raised an eyebrow
"What is wrong with those guys Cassia?" she just shrugged and continued on

Xander wouldn't take his eye off of them, which resulted in crashing into someone
"Peeta" Katniss said, in an almost annoyed tone
"Again?" Peeta rolled his eyes and turned to Xander
"Sorry"
"Its fine, I wasn't paying attention"
"Katniss, Peeta!" they heard Gale call from across the room

The lobby was crowded with people, most everyone was at the front desk, trying to get into the meeting with Tony Stark. Eventually they got in some sort of ordered line
"Next"
"Im Gale Hawthorne, here to see Mr. stark" he said, she motioned to the doors and turned back to her desk
"Next!"
"Katniss Mellark to see Mr. stark"
"You aren't on the list" Katniss squinted in confusion, then Peeta leaned on the desk
"What about Katniss Everdeen" the lady raised an eyebrow and skimmed her paper
"Yeah, you could have just read that off my paper, you can go back to the lobby until i speak with Mr. Stark, next!" Katniss waited for Peeta to argue, but he didn't. Instead he straightened up and said
"Peeta Mellark to see Mr. Stark" her face brightened slightly as she realized why there was a mix up
"Go ahead, you too Ms. Everdeen" Peeta squinte skeptically, she obviously knew what happened, but she refused to call her by her new name
"Next!"
Sherlock..... Holmes"
"Go, next!"
"John Watson, i've talked to just about everyone in here, we are all here to see Mr Stark"
"Go, Next!"
"Hello! I'm the Doctor! This is my companion, Clara Oswin Oswald!" the lady raised an eyebrow and nodded towards the door
"Next!"
"Harry Potter"
"Next!"
"Hermione Granger"
"Next!"
"Fred and my brother, George"
"Through those doors, next"
"Xander"
"Last name"
"Yeah, i have one now let me go" the lady rolled her eyes
"Next"
"Cassia Reyes, sorry about him"
"Go ahead, next"

Upon entrance, there were already a few people sitting in there, waiting. Suddenly, two large glass doors swung open
"Im Tony Stark, these are the Avengers" he said, gesturing to the people sitting at the front of the table
"Rocket, Thor, Cap"

Everyone sits down and tony begins
"We have a common threat, his name is Thanos. He travels from planet to planet, wiping out 50% of each population, and he-" Tony is quickly cut off by the glass doors swinging open with a bang. One shatters, glass going everywhere

"Im Shawn spencer and this is my Partner, Sally Schway" Gus smacked his arm and started to whine
"That's not my name Shawn! Why do you always do this?! We are in the presence of a billionaire. Do you realize good this is for business?"

"Hello, hello, hello! Shawn spencer PSYCHIC detective. I'm important. And for hire" he says, throwing business cards at everyone and completely ignoring him

Tony raised an eyebrow and looks at him
"Im sorry, do I look like the kind of person who tolerates free advertisement in the middle of meeting? Or did i miss a memo? Leave" he said pointing to the doors

"Actually j-a-c-k, i was invited here by none other than Tony Stark, so if you have an issue you can bring it up with him" shawn said with a smirk

Rocket stares at him and busts out laughing

"Shawn Spencer, then you must be Burton Guster?" Tony said with skepticism. Gus looks at him and nods, a burrito shoved half way in his mouth

"Im Tony Stark, and as much as you think we need you, we don't, so pull something like that again and you're out" he says, motioning to a chair
"Now, you are all here for a reason, but that doesn't mean you can say and do whatever, you need to obtain your status as a valuable member of this team" 

Hermione looks judgingly around the room and leans back in her chair with a smirk, Tony continues
"But, we are a team... so from now on, you are all avengers"
