I started off writing
Lyrics for rap
So my dumbass
Didn't like poetry
At first
Because I thought it
Had to rhyme
I'm a rapper
BDG or Bob Da God
I know
Another white rapper
Don't get it twisted
I write my lyrics very well
And the rhyming comes easy to me
Somehow
Poetry takes a little more thought
I like that
So poetry is now one of my favorite
Forms of writing
Am I good at it
That's up to you
I'm just spilling out my heart
And hopefully you'll enjoy the first sip
Of red wine
And some random grandma
Would say
A little wine is good for the heart
