"Drive slower." Hov said as he sat in the back of the all black SUV. The five guys sitting before him were covered in black masks with their guns in hand.

It was 4AM on a Monday and he was making a move that he didn't think he would have to make, but he had no other choice. His enemy of many years, Cory, was getting too comfortable with disrespecting him, his girl, and his crew.

He couldn't just sit back and watch Cory get away with it. In other words, he wanted all the smoke.

"Circle the building." He told the young guy in the driver seat, Trevor. Trevor was his lead shooter. He had Trevor under his wing since he was 7, so the young man was trained to be just like Hov.

Hov was against attacking family members, etc, but Cory had crossed the line when he continuously came for Beyoncé. He was going to shoot up Cory's entire house and hoped that he didn't do too much damage to him and his family.

Once they had circled the building twice, Hov sent out the signal. The windows slowly rolled down and from all angles, his shooters began sending shots. Normally he let his young guys do their missions on their own, but he wanted to sit back and watch them in action for once.

His ears rang as the shots continued and just in a matter of seconds, they heard sirens from afar. "Take off!" He instructed Trevor when he figured Cory might've had enough. Without a second thought, Trevor pressed on the gas and drove off. Once they were away from the crime scene, he took a dark back road to head back on their side of town.

The drive was quiet as the guys sat and thought back on what they did. They weren't worried on getting caught because they've never been caught, but they were all afraid of possibly killing Cory's children or the mother of his kids.

Hov sucked his teeth as he stared at the time on his phone. He felt no remorse for the call he had just made because he knew it had to be done. As usual, he asked God to forgive him and silently prayed to himself.

"Come inside." He instructed the guys once they were at their warehouse. The guys made their way in behind Hov and took a seat at the table. They waited patiently as Hov arrived back with a stack of hundreds in his hands.

He gave all five of the guys two thousand a piece – it was a simple thank you for doing the mission. Everyone soon left leaving Hov and his 19 year old protégé, Trevor.

"You good?"? He asked. Trevor slowly nodded his head and sighed.

"This is about to start something, isn't it?"

Hov shrugged, "Maybe, possibly. You know how the game go. It ain't over until one of us take each other out. He came for me, so I'm just sending the shots back."

"Understandable," Trevor said with a nod, "But how are you going to protect me and the rest of your shooters? I'm just wondering because we do all the dirty work around here. How can we sleep at night man?"
