American Ouija

My ex girlfriend told me this story and it takes place in Las Vegas in a high school football field and I'm gonna try to recount it as good as possible.

Her mom, let's call her Jada, was there with her friends, drinking, around 16 years old. Her friends thought it'd be fun to bring out a ouija board and as a Samoan woman she was raised to stay away from those kinds of things, especially because in her particular family they seemed to attract spirits more.

So they played. Weird things started happening after a while and time went missing. One of the friends asked the board which knew so much stuff about everyone there, hey if you're really here, touch someone in the group. Jada felt stinging on her back and when her friend looked it was claw marks.

They all sobered up pretty quick after this, they didn't close off the board and ended up destroying it after.

Following all this, Jada realized her mistake, feeling constantly followed by a dark entity. Her grandfather noticed the energy the night she came home and said "you're not alone, you've brought something evil into this house" and later that night in her room she was possessed and saved by her grandfather.

The things she said while possessed were apparently horrid, it spoke of the future and my ex wouldn't go into detail but the grandfather preformed a ritual and saved her. He used Samoan magic to try to ward the spirit off her and the family, she wore some sort of object to avoid possession but eventually the entity possessed Jada's dad who was unprotected and with the help of her grandfather he was saved too and he also found out it's name.

Apparently to this day, something still lurks around Jada and her family, probably the demon which possessed her and her father.
