What an End to a Party...

Daniel's POV
"I think this was a real fun day, guys! Did you have fun Max?" David said.

"Yeah sure it was whatever, it was really funny when that goose-"

"Maximilian!" There stood Max's parents. "It's time you came home and stopped being a spoiled little bitch!" Lilith sneered. I saw red.

"I thought you got the picture." I pulled out my trusty ritual blade. "That the next time you tried anything I'd stab you!" I snarled. "David, go take Max to the car."

"I-I-" He stuttered in surprise.

"Now David!" I heard David scramble away with Max in hand. Max protesting all the way.

"Are you threatening my wife! Give us back our son right now!" Kaiden ordered.

"Oh I wasn't just threatening that bitch." I laughed as I stepped forward. "I was PROMISING to stab you BOTH!" I smiled wickedly. "Now who wants to go first-"

"DANIEL!" David ran up.

"David I told you to take Max-"

"Max is safe in the car. I wasn't going to pass up showing these people that Max is OUR son!"

"Ok I've had enough" Lilith shoved past David but I grabbed a fistful of her hair before she could make it past us and YANKED.

"Let go of her!" Kaiden lunged to punch me. I stepped back, dragging Lilith across the ground and plunged my knife through Kaiden's wrist. He opened his mouth to scream but I grabbed his throat so all that came out was garbled shout.

"David, if you really want to help then I need you to hold him while I deal with this." David moved and took Kaiden into a headlock while I took Liliths hair and spun it around my fist to get a better hold.

"Let go of me you asshole! You'll pay for hurting my husband! Freak!" Lilith struggled against my grip.

"If you were smart you'd shut up." I growled. She swung her hand back to scratch at me but I caught it and held her arm out straight. "I can't imagine the pain you put Max through..." I drove my foot into her elbow, snapping it. I quickly wound her hair so it formed a makeshift gag to stop her scream from drawing in any cops. "Everyday... every night, attempting to fall asleep in pain..." I grabbed her broken arm and pulled until I heard a pop and her shoulder bulged out of its socket grotesquely. "...Always crying because of the abuse you put him through..." I stepped on her ankle and kept putting pressure until I felt a small jump and her ankle suddenly going slack and her screams hitching higher. I looked over as I heard David grunt and saw Kaiden about to break free of his hold. I quickly kicked out so I hit Kaiden's shin and made him collapse with a cry. "David, if you can't handle this you can leave right now!"

"N-no. I can do this. I WANT to do this." I didn't protest as he turned to hesitanly grip Kaiden's wrist. "I've never done anything like this..." He whispered. "...But I want to, because of the pain they put Max through." He squeezed kaidens wrist. "I just don't know what to do..." He trailed off. I put more pressure on Liliths ankle as she tried to squirm away.

"Just picture them with Max. Them yelling at him... hitting him... making him cry." David's face hardens as he stares at Kaiden's wrist. "Now take that rage and let it out. MAKE THEM PAY!" I rose my foot and stomped on Liliths other ankle. All of my attention went to Liliths pain. The sounds of Kaiden's torture. Background music to the crescendo of Liliths cries for help. By the time I was done, Lilith was a mass of flesh that looked like a grotesquely disfigured human. I looked over towards David and saw that he got a little more adventurous and Kaiden looked like a pile of ketchup sauce. His chest heaved and he had the look of a crazed blood thirsty animal in his eyes. It was the most beautiful sight I'd ever seen... I caressed his jawline pulled him in. I kissed him. Despite the murder and dead bodies the kiss was soft and sweet. I pulled away and looked into David's shining green eyes, thinking how this beautiful creature loves me and isn't afraid of this part of me. He suddenly jumped and gasped.

"Th-the bodies! W-what are we g-g-gonna do with the bodies D-daniel?!" I snorted.

"Calm down, David. I know what to do." I stepped away, "You grab him and I'll get her." We drag the bodies towards a nearby river and toss them in.

"Oh! Here Daniel." David handed me my ritual knife that I previously left in Kaiden's wrist. "I uh, used it a little."

"It's fine David," I smiled, "That was its purpose." He awkwardly smiled back and I cleaned my knife in the water while David tried to scrub the blood off of his clothes.

"Oh gosh! What are we going to tell Max!?"

"If he asks, we'll tell him the truth. I doubt he'll feel sad." The walk back to the car was quiet. Max was asleep in the back when we got in. He woke up when the car rumbled to life.

"What happened to those assholes? Did you kill them?" Max asked seeing David still covered in their blood.

"Yes..." Max seemed to relax.

"Good. I'm glad." He said with hate and relief in his voice at the same time as he fell back to sleep. I drove us home with David's hand in mine.

A/n So this chapter was written by a friend of mine who goes by @cicadasounds on Wattpad. I am not the best at writing gore and Max's parents were to face a bloody death. So I asked her for her help. She wrote it based off of some ideas I gave her and she sent it to me to edit and publish. Little background in this chapter I guess.
