"Jonathan if you drop that I will end you!" I warned as Jonathan picked up the cake stand.
Inside the stand was a cake I have spent at least four hours decorating- and don't even get me started on baking it. The first time it was burnt, the second time I forgot to add the baking powder, and the third time I finally got it right. It stressed me out because this cake was for my niece's eleventh birthday party.
She asked me to make her a cake because she thought I was the better baker in the family. And usually, I was. Today is a different subject. It had to be the coolest cake, my sister told me she had been putting a lot of faith in my cake; she thought it would make her some more friends.
Although I knew my cake wouldn't do much for her in that department, I was very determined to do my best.
"Okay okay," he chuckled, giving me a cheeky smile. "Wouldn't want to drop sierra's cake anyways. She's my favorite."
"If you like her so much why don't you marry her," I joked, sticking my tongue out at him before closing the front door of our house behind us.
After he set the cake in the car he kissed my cheek and pulled me close to him. "Well, I'm already married to you."
He shoved his face into my neck and blew raspberries on my neck. I screamed and laughed as he did.
"Jonathan stop!" I laughed pushing him away from my neck.
"Awe what? You don't like my kisses? I thought I gave the best kisses?" he pouted.
I tilted my head to the side. "Of course I love your kisses but I like the ones on my lips better!"
His blue eyes lit up and he grabbed me by my waist. Placing his lips on mine and pushing me up against the car door.
Before it could go any farther I pulled away and smiled at him. "Okay lover boy, we've gotta get going if we want to get her cake to her before the party starts."
He nodded and opened my door for me. "M'lady."
"Why thank you, good sir."I giggled.

When Jonathan and I first got to Sierra's she was ecstatic to see him, but now she was sitting alone with me on the swingset outside. Meanwhile, Jonathan was inside talking with the rest of the girls. They just gushed over him, excited that he was famous.
"Is it bad that I wish he didn't come?" Sierra asked me. She slouched down on the swing seat.
"Because he stole your thunder?" I answered with a question.
She thought for a moment then said, "Yeah. I know he didn't mean to, I mean they're practically annoying the hell-"
"language!" I scolded her.
"Sorry... but I know he only gets the attention because he's famous," She sighed. "I just wanted to make friends today."
"So then go do that," I poked her. "He's your uncle. I can hear them now Sierra... "OMG, your uncle is like Jonathan like- Brandis! You're so cool, wanna sit with us at lunch. we could like totally braid each others hair and we would like-"
"Okay!" She chuckled. "I get it, you sound exactly like Regina. And I'm not milking Uncle Jonathan like that. If they don't want to be my friends then they don't have to be I guess."
I set my hand on her back and gave her a half smile. "I think you're smart for that babe."
"Yeah, but maybe we should go save him. About now they would have him in makeup," She warned me.
I nodded and we hopped off the swings and headed inside to save Jonathan. He was sitting on the living room floor, his back against the couch, and just as Sierra warned me, he had makeup on. I had to hide my face in a pillow to keep from laughing out loud. Sierra couldn't contain her laughter and it caught his attention.
He glared at both of us before one of the girls roughly tilted his head so she could finish his lipstick. He replied with an "Ow!"
I shook my head and sat down next to him, Indian style- just like he was sitting.
"This bring back any memories, Ladybug?" I whispered in his ear and he just rolled his eyes.
"You know girls, I think you should let Jonathan do your make up!" I clapped my hands.
All their eyes went wide, Including Jonathans, the girls soon scattered away with excuses like, "Oh my mom's going to be here soon and I won't have time", and "I was bored of makeup anyways!"
Jonathan mouthed a "Thank you."
Sierra lifted up his arm and crawled under it, dropping it over her. He pulled her closer to him and smiled down at her.
"You don't wanna go hang out with your friends?" he asked.
"They aren't my friends," she muttered sleepily.
He gave me a confused look and I just shook my head as to tell him "wait". After wrapping his other arm around me he kissed my forehead, leaving a lipstick mark. I cringed, but I didn't say anything.
I cuddled closer to him and laid my head on his chest and he ran his fingers through my hair.
"I love you, Jonathan," I whispered.
"I love you too," he returned.
Sierra chimed in, "What about me!"
"We love you too Sierra!" we said in unison.
