Investigation In The Horror House

3rd person's pov

Alex opens the door of the horror mansion and says, "come on guys, let's go in"

"Sir, shall we drop this investigation please" Jace pleaded on behalf of his friends, for the 10th time.

"No" Alex once again said strictly.

"Please sir, this is a horror house and we are scared"

"Are you a CID?" Alex questioned, with a mocking tone.

"Yes I am. Look at me sir, I am a brave CID" Jace said proudly unaware of the teasing tone of Alex.

"I doubt that" Alex teased him.

"Fine you are the best CID in the world and I know there is no one who is brave enough like you. Now let me go home" Jace said.

Alex laughed and said, "I know bro, you don't have to tell me and you are NOT going home"

"Please Alex let us go home" this time it was Ryan who spoke.

"I am ashamed to say that you guys are CIDs. You have to be strong, brave and intelligent. If you don't enter this mansion and do this investigation properly, I promise I will dismiss everyone from work" Alex said annoyed with their nagging.

"Sorry Alex but some people are saying that whoever enters this mansion will not come out alive" Peter reasoned for their fear.

"Yes sir, the four devils will kill us" Jason second him.

"There is no such thing as devils and no matter what you guys say I will not drop this investigation" Alex said.

Defeated, they followed Alex who entered the mansion.

Jace's mind voice: why did I even get this job *crying*. Please God save me from the four devils...

As they entered there were staring at the house and Alex waved his hand infront of their faces bringing them back to this world.

"Close your mouth and come into this room and keep your bags" Alex said and went to the room.

Everyone kept their bags inside the room and Sat on the bed.

They started arguing on who would sleep on the sofa when they heard a noise outside the room.

They stopped arguing and left the room to see from where the noise came from.

After exploring the house with fear, they returned to the room where they kept their belongings but once they entered they were shocked, their belongings were missing.

Jace,Ryan, Peter, Jason and Evan ran to the main door our of fear and stopped as they neared the door because they found their belongings, close to the door.

"Alex now do you believe us?" Evan cried.

"OMG, you guys are such babies" Alex laughed looking at their state.

"Stop laughing Alex" Ryan said.

"Okay"

"Bro shall we leave?" Peter begged.

"No, bring your bags lets go to the room"Alex said and left to the room after collecting his belongings.

Having no other choice they too left to the room after collecting their belongings.

"Ryan shut up and sleep" Alex shouted annoyed.

"How can you expect me to sleep in a horror house?"

"Then don't sleep but keep your mouth shut"

"Don't scold him Alex, he is scared and he can't sleep so you have got to comfort him. Our poor Ryan" Jace said ruffling Ryan's hair.

"Thanks bro, you are my only friend"

"Then us?" Jason questioned.

"All of you are my friends except Alex" Ryan said glaring at Alex, who finally agreed to sleep on the sofa. 

"I am hurt" Alex Mocked, wiping away his fake tears.

"Huh, don't act too much" Ryan told and threw his pillow at Alex but Alex caught it and everyone started laughing.

Just as they stopped laughing, they heard a loud noise from the kitchen.

Alex ran to the kitchen and stopped dead in his tracks when he saw what was written on the kitchen wall...
