Investigation In The Horror House

Chapter 6

"Few years back, we were four beautiful girls who were happily living in this mansion with our lovely parents. We were enjoying our life when jealousy grew in the hearts of my father's friend. His name is Tom. He killed our parents but portrayed it as a suicide. We were shocked to hear that nevertheless we believed him. He was our dad's best friend so we trusted him and that was our biggest mistake. We regret it. From the time our parents died, he came to our house on a daily basis with the idea of fake consoling us. Even then we believed him. He was a greedy man. He wanted everything for himself and the reason he killed my parents was to takeover all our father's companies and wealth. We never knew that until he killed us." The devils cried while the boys were shocked and was eagerly listening to them.

"One day he came home and asked us the four of us to sign some documents saying that it is related to our parents death and we, like fools, signed them."

"Was those really related to your parents death?" Jason asked out of curiosity.

"Nope. It was a document where it said that we are handing over all our companies and wealth to him."

"I knew it" Jason replied.

"Hmm. Just after we signed those documents, he showed his real face. He took out his gun and pointed at us. We panicked and started crying. We were shocked to see him like that. Only then he told us all the truth and when we tried to attack him, he shot all of us. It was a painful death. We lost our lives that day but we came back to take revenge. We need to kill Him. We need to kill him in the same way we died. Until then we will not leave this house nor let anyone send us."

"That's really sad" Jace commented.

"But why did you kill Peter?" Alex questioned.

"Because....." The devil sighed.

"Because?"

"Because Peter is the son of My dad's friend, Tom. We got to know when he was talking to his parents yesterday. We were very angry so we killed him."

"But peter never did anything. Why did you kill an innocent person?" Ryan questioned them.

"Peter is not innocent. We heard things which none of you heard. He was secretly doing things which was against all of you. Did you know why John never found a file about us although that file is really there in the office?"

"No" They boys replied together.

"That's because Peter blackmailed John to lie to all of you. Peter threatened him to say that he never found a file about us."

"But John would have told us that" Evan said

"Yeah" Jace supported his comment.

"John wouldn't say the truth if his wife is in danger. Would he?"

"What are you saying?" Jace questioned irritated.

"Peter asked his men to kidnap John's wife and then threatened John to lie to all of you. And that worked"

"I can't believe this. All of you are lying to us again. We will never believe this" Alex got up angrily.

"No we are not"

"Do you have proof?" Alex asked.

"No" They replied.

"Then go away. The four of you are lairs." Alex shouted.

"Why don't you call Jack and ask him to search for the file about us and bring it here?" One of the Devil asked.

"There is no file as such. Tell us your real name"

"You already know our real names."

"You are lying"

"Just do what we said" The devils shouted and this actually made them scared.

Though he didn't believe the devils story, he called Jack and asked him to search again for the file and bring it here if he finds.

While Jack was searching for the file, the boys and the devils patiently waited in the mansion.
Though the boys were scared about what would happen next, they never believed that their friend would have betrayed them.
