Investigation In The Horror House

Chapter 9

After having their dinner, all the boys were very tired so they went to sleep thinking of opening the parcel tomorrow.

(Next day)

As always, Alex woke up before the others and had a quick wash and started preparing food for everyone.

Just after he completed preparing food, he went to wake up the others. He pushed away the curtains to let the sunlight come inside.

"Boys, wake up!" Alex said tapping on each one. They didn't even budge.

'Lazy fellows', Alex thought and chuckled.

"Wake up Jace, Ryan, Jason and Evan!"

"I'll wake up in 5 minutes" Ryan mumbled.

"Me too" Jason added and slept again.

"Hmm" Alex mumbled and walked to the living area with the file about the four devils to examine it.

After 30 minutes, he was done with studying the file. He walked into the rooms expecting that all the boys had woke up but to his disappointment he found everyone sleeping.

He frowned and walked to the kitchen.
He filled a jar of water and walked to the room and poured water on each of the boys.

"What the hell?" Jace screamed and woke up.

Alex laughed at the sight of all the boys.

They were clearly annoyed.

"Now get up and wash yourselves and come to have breakfast" Alex said and took his phone to check his Facebook.

One by one the boys went to have a wash and went to the dining table to have breakfast.

After everyone was present in the table, they had their breakfast.

Once they completed their breakfast, all the boys cleaned the dishes and plates and kept it away.

They then went to the living room to check what was in the parcel.

Slowly Alex opened the first parcel and was shocked to see a gun in it along with a piece of paper.

He read it aloud:
Kill yourselves before I kill all of you!
                                       ~ Someone you know

"What nonsense is this?" Ryan said frowning.

"Maybe it's the devils work" Jason said after a while.

"How?" The boys asked.

"Maybe they are lied to us about everything. Maybe it's all their plans." Jason replied.

"Seems like the boys will never trust us" One of the devils said suddenly appearing.

The boys rolled their eyes at them and Alex started opening the second parcel.

They were yet again shocked to see a piece of paper and a gun.

The same words were written in the paper.

"Why?" Alex said frustrated.

He closed his eyes, massaging his temple.

"We didn't do it" The four devils said.

"Of course you did it" Jason said glaring at them.

"The reason why all of you lose always is because you guys are not intelligent to understand anything"

"What?" Alex looked at them dangerously.

"Nothing" The devils said.

"I know who did this. It's Tom. He want to us stop this Investigation so that he doesn't get caught. When we decided to come here, Tom and peter stopped me. Tom said it's not safe to come here. Earlier, I didn't know it was because Tom had committed a big crime. I thought he cared for us. I thought he wanted us to stay safe and not get killed by the devils just like how the others were killed here. But I don't regret coming here. I am happy that his... sorry their real face is revealed now. We will give justice to the four girls death." Alex sighed after saying this.

The others who was listening to him didn't say anything. After few minutes, Alex again spoke, "We will leave this house now. Tom will believe that we left this Investigation off but we aren't. We will take revenge on behalf of the four girls here. We will go out and collect proof and then put him to prison. We will give justice to the death of their parents and them. And keep this between us, nobody else should know this. Now Pack your bags, we are leaving." Alex said getting up from the sofa.

"Thanks" The four devils said with tears in their eyes.

"No problem" Alex smiled at them and walked to the room.

With so much running in the boys mind, they packed their bags and left the house to complete a new mission.

This is the last chapter of this book.
I will start a new book with the name "Revenge of the four devils" soon.
In that book I will write how all this ends and how the four devils get justice to their death.
