Chapter 13

*Niall's POV*

"Okay, bye love." I hung up the phone with Olivia and sat myself comfortably in the seat of the airplane next to Zayn. I couldn't wait to be back home to see my family and especially Olivia and that British girl, Emily.

Emily and I have been talking to each other too on the phone. She's a really sweet girl who has stuff in common with me, which is always a good thing. I didn't really understand how I felt about Olivia right now. I know I love her, but I don't know if I'm in love with her. I'm just really confused right now. Emily is great too, she sent me pictures of her and Olivia, she's gorgeous.

The boys have been talking to Olivia a lot lately which to me is really nice. I'm glad they like her, if they didn't then we would have some problems. I'm really excited to see Olivia again, and give her the suprise I've been planning, she's going to flip out. I shut my phone off, preparing for the flight and turned to have a lovely chat with Zayn before I fell asleep as soon as we got in the air.

I woke up to Harry's face telling me we landed in Dublin. I looked at Zayn who was passed out, which is why Harry woke me up, and chuckled shaking my head. Zayn will always stay Zayn. I said a goodbye to the lads and told them I would see them in a few days when they came to pick me up and go back to London. I grabbed my bag and got into the limo that took me to the familiar house I grew up at.

My mum and dad embraced me in a huge hug before taking me inside and congratulating me on everything. This all reminded me of how much I truly missed them, I hadn't spent much time with them lately. I told them I was tired so I threw my bag over my shoulder and headed up the stairs to the first door on the right. I opened it to find a brunet girl sitting on my bed with a huge smile spread across her face.

"Olivia!" I dropped my bags and rushed over to her, wrapping my arms around her and spinning her a little. I put her down and her smile was still there, it had never left. I kissed her forehead and mirrored her smile. "You don't know how much I've missed you, love." I hugged her once more and waited for her to say something.

"So Mr. Superstar, where you gonna take me out to dinner?" I laughed along with her noticing her eyes sparkle. I could always know how she felt just by looking into her eyes, they gave her away.

"How about that chicken restaurant I always like to go to? What was it called again?" I said sarcastically while she just pushed my shoulder.

"Nandos it is!" She grabbed my hand and rushed into my car. Wow, I missed driving this thing.

"Two peri peri chicken's please." I said to the man working at Nandos. He nodded and rung me up, while Olivia disappeared to find a table.

I sat down with the food and watched her staring at something. I followed the direction she was looking at and saw a couple, acting all in love. I watched as the lad kissed the girl on her nose making her cheeks turn a rosy color. It was cute, actually.

"Remember when Adam came to my hospital room that one day?" Her voice broke me out of my gaze and I turned back around to face her. I nodded. "Well, he asked if he wanted to get back together. I said no, but I can't help but wonder what would have happened if I said yes. You know?"

"Don't dwell on the past, just eat." I wanted to change the subject, she had sadness written all over her eyes.

Did she love Adam? Is that why it hurt her so badly when he cheated on her like that? There's a difference in loving and being in love, but with Olivia I think she didn't know there was any difference. She gave her heart to him and he broke it, right down the middle.

She nodded, and silently put her chicken up to her mouth and took a big bite, sauce smothering her face. I chuckled, but she looked completely clueless. I shook my head and wiped her face with my napkin, reaching over the table.
