We ended up lying in the rooftop, our feet hanging at the edge. We had both found found janitor's uniforms to change into so people wouldn't recognize the important person next to me.

“How are we supposed to leave Busan, if we can't even leave the hotel?” I asked, staring at the horizon. The last sunlight slowly disappeared, but my body felt surprisingly warm.

The town's light were starting to shine and the sound of cars increased as people were now returning from their jobs.

We faced each other, he was eating something.

“I dunno.” He turned his back at me. Rude.

I let out a deep breath.

“You are supposed to think of these things. You are the one who wanted to run away.”

He continued smashing his food, which I learned later was white chocolate, not paying attention.

“That's why I asked for your help, duh?” He said.

“You ain't that bright, are you?” I mumbled between my teeth.

How can this happen?

“First we will go to the basement because lying lifeless in the roof of a forty story building, doesn't really help with the situation.” I started, “then I will call for a taxi. I'll say it's preferable for the taxi driver to be a foreigner. We will keep the uniforms on and put a coat over them-”

“Good idea,” he put his thumbs up, “I'll buy a helicopter.”

I glared at him in shock.

“Didn't you hear anything I just said! That way you'll only blow our cover. Gosh, use your mind.”

“I didn't get to finish my thought. Why are you so rude?” He snapped. “I've got a friend that owns one, it wouldn't do harm to rent it for a while. We will use your name but my money, easy” he smiled.

“ Yeah that ain't that bad... except for it is greatly eccentric!” I voiced my thoughts. “We will go by my plan.” I finally said.

“Whatever” he whispered. My mind was ready to blow.

“Can you at least pretend you care? It is your escape we are talking about right now.” I cried, the whole thing was stressing me out.

“Darling, I've got everything I want right here; chocolate, the most amazing view of this city and a beautiful girl right beside me.” he talked slowly and sweetly, making my heart go crazy as he smiled.

“Don't ‘darling’ me, it's not the time for that. First we settle down and then you do whatever you want. I won't catch a cold for your sake, pretty boy.” I rose to my feet and walked away. He followed suit.

As we took the elevator, along with a cleaner's trailer, my mind filled with images from before.

We walked outside, I was first to go and he bumped into me when I stopped to realisation.

“ Did you turn off your phone?” I asked quickly.

“ Um n-”

“ Do that now and run.”

Messing with his back and running like mad man he followed me to a toilet. I instantly checked each cabin and blocked the door with the trailer.

“I am calling a taxi right now.”

Searching the phone number wasn't hard and I instantly got in contact with a non-korean taxi driver.

“I'll be there at ten.” he said when I requested him to be at the back of the hotel.

I looked at the man in front of me. He was so lost.

“ Do you perhaps have some kind of sunglasses?” He pouted.

I again searched through my bag and gave him...some red heart shaped glasses with glitter on.

He eyed them weirdly and sighed.

“Really now?” He said when I wore mine; black and minimalistic, with a golden sign on the left.

“I don't care.” I removed the trailer from the door and checked the corridor.

“Come on”
