Chapter 15

~~ Three Months Later ~~

Mal and Cam are still dating. All stitches are out, Mal got her cast off, Nash and kian bought a house in LA with Jc, Rickey, and Matt. Hayes went back to North Carolina and Sam went back to Florida with Mal to finish out senior year. Their parents came home a week after they did and both families are still living together.

*Sam's POV*

I woke up this morning to a birthday breakfast. Pancakes with bacon and eggs sunny side up. There was only one thing mising. Hayes.

I looked at my phone. No text. This is wierd, he texts me every morning! Why not today? 

I was ready for school and eating breakfast when he called me.

H: Happy birthday babe! I love and miss you so much!

S: I love and miss you too! And thanks! Do you want to facetime? I know you can't be here but I atleast want to see my amazing boyfriend on my 18th Birthday!

H: I'm sorry babe I can't. I'm on my way to school and abouy to pull into the parking lot. I love you so much and I will talk to you later!

After that I hung up and left the house to drive to school. My car wouldn't start. I kept trying and trying but it just wouldn't start. Well this birthday couldn't get any better! I got a ride with Mal to school. I really need a new car. 

When school was over I caight another ride home with Malory. She was smirking the whole way home. What is this girl up to...

We pulled in front of our house to see a two door blacked out 2014 Ford F150 (My dream car) with Happy 18th Sam! written on the window. There was a purple ribbon on the hood. I was so excited I couldn't make out any words.

Before I knew it I saw Hayes walk out from behind the truck. By now I was filled with tears. 

"Happy Birthday Babe!" My hand was over my mouth. I ran up to Hayes and wrapped my legs around his waist as he picked me up and spun me around. 

"Hayes you have no idea how happy I am to see you! I missed you so much!" I was still crying and he had tears swelling up in his eyes. 

He put his hands on my cheeks and wiped away my tears with his thumbs. He looked me in the eyes and said "I love you" and kissed me. 

When we pulled apart I said "How could this day get any better?" 

Hayes took my hand and pulled me into my truck. There was an envelope addressed to me and I opened it.

Dear Samantha,

We are proud to offer you a full athletic and achademic scholarship to Maryland University........ We are looking forward to having you on our lacrosse team.

I sat there speechless for a while staring at the letter reading it over and over again. I have been wanting to go to this school ever since I was a little girl.

I stepped out of the car and Hayes followed. I needed a second to process it. Then it finally clicked in.

"Hayes I got excepted to MU!!!!!" I screamed at the top of my lungs.

"Congratulations sam! I'm so proud of you! Now we know where we can move!" 

"What do you mean? Didn't you get a football scholarship to Penn State?" 

"Yes I did but we can get a place in between the two! There so close together. We can still live together like we talked about!"

We decided to go apartment hunting Thanksgiving break and move in at the end of the school year. Hayes Has to leave next weekend so when we go apartment hunting we are just going to meet each other in Maryland. I can't wait!
