"Where pops?" He sat down pulling out his iPhone
"In bed..he don't wanna get up."
I scrunch up my face"Daddy loves breakfast. He always get up no matter what."

I close the fridge. Then walk to my parents room.

He turn around slowly with tears in his eyes."I'm fine baby girl."
I sat on the bed."Whats wrong?"
"I don't know what came over me..The last fight I had was when I was 20 and some guy bomb rush me on the field because he was losing." He chuckle "I just thought this guy was going to mess up everything that me and your mother built. He is a evil man..and I didn't want you around that, me or your mother and Jabari so we told you that he died..."
"It's okay daddy you was just trying to protect me and I understand. It's just took me by surprise. I'm happy that you and momma did what you did,I love you." I hug my dad kissing his cheek.
"Love you too..is the guy alright? "
"No. You beat his ass." I said making us both laugh

"Yep. You might just sent him to the grave quicker."

"Come on." I grab his huge hand "let's go eat breakfast."

We was chilling in the backyard pool.
I just told her the story but leaving out the part that Luke girlfriend is JJ mother.
"Girl it was a mess." I pop some grapes in my mouth.

I ignore him going in the fridge to get me and Z drinks.
"And you should really shut the fuck before I slap the shit out you." I rolled my eyes going back outside to the pool.
"Your brother get on my fucking nerves." I threw her drink to her.
"You guys should just get married and have four kids." She chuckle opening her drink
"I don't why that nigga don't like me." I shrug"Ain't my fault his mother left him." I mumble
