The beginning

That new day of Neerja marked with the beginning for the search for Sameer. She went , had a chat with him. Since he was very much fond of books , she accompanied him to the library. She noticed that he was too much focused in his book. 

"Way too bad , Sam", she murmured. When he was immersed in his book , he never paid attention to the surrounding as if the world could have come to an end it never bothered him. Though she tried her level best to initiate a discussion regarding on the books, he hesitated. Evening they spent their time in the coffee cake cafe which was opposite to her laundry. 

" Well, I think it's time for me to depart", Sameer kept the bill and tip on the table. Neerja frowned a bot. She smiled though her heart was aching. She felt he was trying his level best to get rid of her. 

They never spoke.

They never looked at each other.

They never bid goodbye.

But they felt something was pulling them to stay together forever.

The very next day Neerja waited for the arrival of Sameer at college , but he didn't appear. Neerja felt her mind was distracting too much. She began drawing his picture in her book. 

"Neerja! what the hell are you doing!!? ", Neerja woke up from her dreamworld from the shouting of her faculty

"Neerja! what the hell are you doing!!? ", Neerja woke up from her dreamworld from the shouting of her faculty. "Who the hell is he? , do you come to college just to have hanging out with random guys? Lady , if you think so sorry to say, this isn't your placefor that". Neerja was worn out from the emotional turmoil. Ruhi gaped at her drawing and her face. Neerja packed her bag and left the classroom who was followed by Ruhi.

"Seriously, I can't believe you have fallen for him", Ruhi walked swiftly trying to match up with Neerja's length. "I don't even know what to say in this matter", Ruhi looked at Neerja. "Just help me Ruhi", Neerja's eyes were swelled up with tears. "I don't even know what to do, but I feel I can't live without him. i need him. I need to feel him", Neerja sobbed.

Ruhi stood dumbfounded not knowing how to handle her friend. "Neeru, just hold my hands" she curled her fingers with Neerja. "Whenever you face some life related issues- listen to your heart. Never get dominated what your brain says", Ruhi hold Neerja closely. The sky witnessed heavy downpour venting out all it's pains upon the earth.

Neerja felt lifeless. She walked throughout the places wherever Sameer could be present. To her miserable condition, the heavy downpour wet her entire body and she shivered. At last she sat down at the steps of coffee cake cafe tired and worn out. Several people zoomed past over her in the bustling crowd. Immersed in her deep thoughts , Neerja lied her head near to the pillar swooned down by sleep.
