To be truth, this was inspired by Love Yourself : Answer album. From the start bila saya mula suka & minat BTS, I was eager untuk tulis all story adaptasi dari album Love Yourself : Answer sebab tu album pertama saya discover dari diorang.

But I don't have much time or idea haha. Sebab tu, lahirlah Dear Damian. I wanted to make it short and sweet, but can still deliver my message just how BTS deliver their message through their few minutes of song.

So the little message in Dear Damian is, LOVE YOURSELF. Accept all the things of you and please always be proud of it. Your lights are you and your nights are still you.

Melalui Dear Damian, you can see that Azwa was insecure. Dia sembunyikan diri sebab bagi dia, she's a nobody. Bagi Azwa, there's nothing to be proud of by being her. Sebab tu, walaupun Damian dah tunjukkan minat dia pada Azwa, she ran away.

Walaupun Azwa terus-terusan bagitahu Damian melalui nota dia bahawa Damian tu penting dan sudah cukup sempurna sebagaimana dia ialah dia, tapi Azwa sendiri tak mampu melakukan semua tu.

But Damian proved Azwa wrong. Sebab tak kira apa pun pandangan orang, tak kira apa orang kata, YOU ARE VERY PRECIOUS JUST BY BEING YOU.

So please, please, please, accept yourself, face yourself, love yourself and speak yourself.

YOU ARE AWESOME, IMPORTANT AND PRECIOUS BY JUST BEING YOU.
