It felt amazing seeing color,and I am grateful I finally found my soulmate.As we walked back to his house we both gasped,realizing our houses were across from each other.We laughed for a while before stopping to breath,I held his hand."I really enjoyed spending time with you Evan."i said,he blushed."I-I-I e-enjoyed talking to-to so-someone who understands me."he said.our faces got closer,we were about to kiss,but it was interrupted by Zoe."Connor!Mom-"she cut herself off when she saw us."Zo?when did you put indigo streaks in your hair?"I asked,she gasped."Y...You can see color?"she asked,she squealed and hugged me.then she hugged Evan,"thank you!"she said to him.he gently hugged her back,"U-Um,you're w-welcome!"he said awkwardly."Connor you should have him over for dinner!"she suggested,I scratched the back of my neck."I dunno Zo,I mean I just met him..."I said,I looked Evan."do you...want to?"I asked,"S-Sure,w-why not?"he said.he fidgeted with his hands a bit,I held his hands."They're gonna love you,and if then don't...well then fuck them."I reassured him,we walked across to my house.Zoe practically ran inside screaming,"CONNOR FOUND HIS SOULMATE!"i rolled my eyes."Oh Connor I'm so happy for you!"my mom hugged me,"who's the lucky person son?"my dad asked.Evan cleared his throat,"I-I am s-sir."he spoke up.my dad shook his hand,"nice to meet you."he said to Evan.
