A day had passed. He hadn't heard from 'Josh' for over twenty four hours now. To him that proves that is was some sort of sick joke. The real Josh messaged at least ever hour, unless of course he was asleep, but even then Tyler knew he was asleep.

Josh: Ty you up?

Tyler sighed. However it wasn't a good or a bad sign. Just a, sigh?

Tyler: It's 2 in the morning. What do you want?

Josh: I knew you'd be awake. You have trouble sleeping.

Josh: Does that prove it's me? :)

Tyler: Not all. Blaming myself for my best friend's death, trouble sleeping is kinda a companion to that.

Josh: Not now but one day I'll prove its me.

Tyler: Josh is dead. This is some sick joke.

Josh: You won't be saying that soon. :)

Every smile that Josh puts at the end of the texts is like a kick to the gut. How could he know that this is actually Josh is dead.

Josh: For now you have to trust me.

Tyler: Trust my dead best friend who I witnessed die?! Ha!

Josh: If I can prove it's me,

Josh: You have to promise to come live with me. In my new house.

Josh: I promise you'll love it, and you'll be safe from those demons in your head.

Josh: You won't need to blame yourself anymore. Cause I'm not dead!

Tyler: I can't.

Josh: Fine I'm not going to prove it. And you can keep blaming yourself.

Tyler: Wait. Give me time to think about it please.

Josh: A week. That's all I'm giving you.

Josh: Remember

Josh: You can't tell a living soul about me...
