"Hades, you have to help me with this."

The large god stood in the room with four others; Hera, Zeus, Hermes, and the Mother Luna.

"Luna, why are you here?" Hades responded.

She opened her mouth to speak, however Zeus interrupted. "She may be a minor goddess, however we all find ourselves in favor of her request."

"And that is?"

She was the one to respond. "I want to find a way to bring Colin's mate back."

"I'm listening..."

Hera spoke next. "Without Adelisa, I can feel that Colin would become more blood thirsty than Achilles and Ares combined."

"This will be extremely difficult to pull off. It will take hundreds, if not thousands of years to find a vessel that can be molded to fit her."

Hermes chimed in. "Let's get on it then."

Grace felt anticipation and nervousness begin to coil within her gut. The feeling felt eerily familiar, as if she had felt it before, however she had no idea where to place it.

The sky had grown dark and she had changed into the large black hoodie and Nike shorts she loved sleeping in. She looked at her wall and all of the pictures she had taken. Most were flowers than had bloomed in her garden in spring and others were of Avyanna. One or two were of herself.

A sigh left her lips as she stood to go to sleep before a loud knock echoed through the house.

It was angry and forceful, and she found herself retreating away from her bedroom door.

"Shit." She heard Avyanna murmur as she walked down the hallway.

Grace's eyes widened. Her aunt only cussed in bad situations.

Tears welled in her eyes and fear grew in her gut, trampling around her stomach like an elephant.

The door opened and Grace shivered at the voice that rang through the small home. "Where is she, Xerxes?"

"Alpha, calm down—"

"I won't fucking calm down." He growled. "Adelisa—"

A slap was heard and a struggle, making Grace flinch and open her door. She ran down the hallway and into the living room where she saw her aunt struggling to fight the large man.

Grace felt herself begin to cry again, violence was something she absolutely found herself despising.

"Please stop..." She cried.

He froze, turning around to face her. "Adelisa..."

"W-Who are y-you?" She shivered, looking at his feet.

A sharp inhale came from him and she closed her eyes when he walked closer to her.

"Open your eyes..." He said softly.

Her eyes fluttered open and he tilted her chin up gently, her eyes meeting his. "Mine..."

She watched as his eyes sparked a soft amber, his dark hair unkept and unruly.

Grace could not deny that this man was drop dead gorgeous. "Your name?" She asked softly.

"My name is Colin, little one."

Grace felt her muscles go stiff. "Hendrix?"

He glared at the wall behind her. "Yes."

Grace noticed that his arms were wrapped around her protectively.

She began to try and get out of his grip, making Colin hold her tighter.

He growled lowly. "Sleep."

Her eyes fluttered shut, tiredness clawing it's way into her system.

Grace felt herself moving, making her release a soft yawn and wake up, before realizing that she was in an old truck. She was placed in the back seat, a soft blanket covering her. Her gaze found Colin in the front seat, a hand resting on the wheel.

Fear for the warrior Alpha began to coil within her. He made her nervous as she had never been around a man by herself before.

"Mate," the man in the front seat rumbled, "are you alright?"

She nodded before she realized that he could not see her. "I'm fine." She said softly.

He hummed as he drove down the quiet road. Soft music played from the radio, it sounded like classic rock, but she wasn't certain.

"Why did you take me?" She found herself asking.

"Because you are my mate. Werewolves can not live with out their mates."

"I thought you didn't have a mate."

Colin did not reply.

"They say that she died a long time ago."

Grace looked at him, confused.

"What was she like?"

"You are my mate." Colin said, "How do you think that I knew your name was Adelisa Grace, your hair is truly white, which we will change, by the way, that you love cooking, and you were a princess in the kingdom of Norheim?"

She was speechless.

"I know this is weird to you. But you are mine. No one else's, and I will not be willing to let you go again." He said, glancing at her, "So get used to me again, baby girl."

Grace hugged herself tightly when Colin pulled to a house, its appearance somewhat familiar to her.

"I-is this where I li-lived?" She asked quietly.

"Yes. After the vampires attacked our pack in Russia, we relocated here. Since then, our numbers have grown."

She stepped out of the truck, her eyebrows furrowed.

"In my d-dreams," she began slowly, "I remember a pack, this one."

"This is my pack, consisting of warriors and healers, yes."

"But, I don't recall any other packs existing."

Colin let out a small growl. "Ah, yes. Alpha Hessi's worst mistake. A few warriors over the years began to break off from my pack to establish their own. I wanted to k-" he stopped himself, "thwart their attempts, but Devon allowed them to go."

She opened her mouth to speak when she heard voices, their excitement hardly contained.

"Alpha! We saw that you-"

They froze when they saw the young woman, grins growing on their faces. "L-Luna?"

She looked up at Colin, confused. "T-that's not my name..." She murmured quietly.

Colin looked down at his mate. She was clearly uncomfortable.

"What did you need?" Colin growled.

"We felt the bond through the pack link, and we noticed you drive through, so we figured that we would come meet her—"

"You've met her. Now leave."

The warriors scurried off. "Let's go in." Colin said, pulling her into his side and walking up the steps.

Honestly, I don't want to go to college that much, and I really don't want to do this hecking band audition tomorrow.

Wish me all the luck in the world, because I'm gonna need it.
