SCENE: Storybrooke. Present. The Sheriff station they watch Emma's video.
"Apparently my run-in with her in town wasn't the only memory she erased. All this time in this foster home, or whatever that place was... It's gone." Emma said. "I-I just don't understand how she even ended up in this world." Belle wondered. "We were hoping Gold could tell us that. You spent more time trying to get here than anyone. How the hell did she do it?" Emma asked him. "Considering the time I spent on the same task, I'd love to know." David spoke next, "Does it really matter how she got to Emma? I mean, shouldn't we be more concerned about why?"
"Obviously, she needed her for something. But what?" Regina asked. "Well, that's our next problem." Emma added. "Well, we know she's hiding somewhere in the north woods. We combed every inch of her shop. We tore apart her house. She must have cleared everything out days before. Which means she must be hiding something." Henry suggested finding the ice cream truck. "Whoa, Snow Queen has an ice-cream truck?" Emma asked. "I'm a kid. I notice these kind of things." Henry said. "Then we split up into groups. We search the town, the woods. Hook, Regina, Emma, you take the west. Gold, you're with me for the east." David said. "I think we all know I work best alone." Gold corrected. "Well, no time to argue that." Belle was going to do research in the library and Elsa was going with her.
SCENE: Arendelle. Past. Elsa is in the castle, she is practicing magic when Anna enters. Anna apologized for leaving, especially without telling her. She said she didn't find much about their parents in the Enchanted Forest but she was waiting for the people she met to get back to her.
"It could take a while, a long while, and... Wait, no flurries? No frost on the windows? Usually a conversation about our parents ends with a chill in the air." Anna was confused. "I've been learning to control my powers when I get upset." Elsa explained. Thats when Anna met a woman named Ingrid, their aunt. "Your mother and I were sisters. You look exactly like her." Ingrid said. "But our mother doesn't have a sister. At least, she never told us about one." Anna was confused. "I'm sure it was too painful for her to talk about. You see, many years ago, I was trapped in a magical urn by... People who didn't exactly understand me." Ingrid explained. Anna was confused, "Didn't understand you?" Ingrid shows Anna her powers. "Our gift runs in the family."
SCENE: Storybrooke. Present. The woods, near Robin's camp. Emma uses a walkie talkie to tell David they found the truck an where. She then thanked Robin Hood for keeping an eye out.
"Gladly. You're the first sheriff I don't mind assisting." He half joked. They open the truck and is virtually empty. "It appears she beat us to it. She's cleared out the vessel." Hook said. "What now? Should we question the cows she gets her milk from? Maybe search the waffle-cone factory?" Regina complained. "Hang on." Emma turned her attention. "Look. Who locks their freezer? Was she afraid someone was gonna steal the Rocky road?" Hook uses his hook to break the lock and Emma open the freezer. She finds a file and takes a look at it. "Looks like the dairy Queen's been following me for a long time." Emma said. "Since before foster care?" Regina asked. Since I landed in this world." Emma corrected.
SCENE: Arendell. Past. The stables. Anna tells Kristoff about her suspicions with Ingrid. She felt it was strange and weird that she just showed up. She even figured Ingrid was an impostor trying to wiggle her way in. She was going to go to the rock trolls for any information on this woman.
"Kristoff, you have to be careful what you say around her. I...Might not... I might not exactly have told her what I discovered in the Enchanted Forest. I didn't lie. I just... Withheld the truth. Telling her our parents wanted to take away her magic... I just have to find the right moment." Anna explained. "Right, right. Of course. Yeah. You know I'll support you no matter what. Unless I think it's really dumb. Then I'll tell you." Kristoff replied. "Thank goodness I haven't hit 'really dumb' yet. You'll see me as soon as I return." She kisses Kristoff and leaves. They didn't know that Ingrid was listening to the conversation.
