"Okay, Zeref. Do you need anything food? Water?" Marianne asked.

They transferred the werewolf they had detained to the interrogation room, a more descent room than the cell they had initially placed him. He is still considered an intruder and the sentinels were more than willing to torture information out of him but they had to digress. The respect they have for their Luna was far earnest and they are now under her orders. They simply brought Zeref to the room and left.

"Water." Zeref spoke, his words laced with fear.

Gwen walked to the corner of the interrogation room where the water dispenser was placed and filled Zeref a glass of water.

"We're not going to hurt you, Zeref." Marianne spoke for the umpteenth time.

"We just want to know what you were doing with the rogue werewolves. What pack do you belong to?" She added.

Zeref gave her a confused look.

"This is going nowhere." Nefera mumbled.

She took the silver knife from the hilt on her boots and pressed it to Zeref's neck. Gwen motioned to move but stopped when Marianne looked at her.

"Answer her." She demanded.

"From whose pack are you?" Nefera repeated the question.

"Okay, okay. I don't know what you're talking about. I don't know what a pack is. It was the Full Moon and I couldn't control myself so when I found this group of werewolves running around, I shifted. I swear, I was going to leave but then silver bullets started firing at us." Zeref confessed.

"Enough, Nefera." Marianne uttered.

Nefera pulled back.

"Gwen, let's go." Marianne stated with a monotonous voice.

Zeref moved his chained hands on the table.

"Please, don't kill me. I'm innocent." He pleaded.

Gwen looked back, her lips refusing to show nothing but sadness.

"What do you think?" Nefera asked after they left the room and closed the door.

"Do a profile check on him." Marianne ordered.

Nefera bowed in response before she vanished.

Marianne started to walk out of the place.

"Marianne." Gwen mumbled, making her stop.

"I don't want to see you anywhere near him." The Luna stated.

"But--"

"This is for your own good, Gwen." Marianne ended.

Gwen stared at the interrogation room door a little longer before following after their Luna.

oOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOo

Zeref lifted his head from the table as the interrogation room door opened.

"I'm here to bring you your meal." Gwen sent him a small smile.

Zeref flashed her the same smile.

"Where am I?" He asked.

Gwen sat on the chair across him.

"I'm sorry, I can't tell you that." Gwen replied.

"Can't you convince your boss to set me free? Look, I'm telling you the truth. I'm innocent." Zeref asserted.

Gwen looked him in the eye and frowned.

"We won't hurt you." She promised.

"You're hunters, isn't that what you do?"
