Marianne frowned as she looked outside the window and went back to her phone. She just received a message from Gwen who requested to pick her up since she forgot her umbrella. There was a heavy rain brewing outside and Marianne was very concerned. She's still getting used to driving and she didn't feel that confident driving under a weather like this. Knowing she had no choice, she grabbed her keys and descended the staircase.
"Going somewhere, Luna?" Zeref asked after meeting Marianne at the foyer.
A thought lit up Marianne's mind and she praised herself for coming up with the idea. She flashed a troubled look and frowned.
"I'm going to pick Gwen up. It's raining really hard and I'm worried. My driving is not really that well but how about Gwen? Oh dear, I don't think she has an umbrella, she didn't bring any jacket as well, oh my." Marianne pondered upon.
"Luna--"
"Marianne." Marianne corrected.
"Uhmm, Marianne." Zeref repeated.
Marianne nodded her head with a smile.
"What if I go instead?" Zeref offered.
"Oh no no no, you have duties here and--"
"I'm worried for Gwen and your safety."
"Well, if you insist."
Zeref nodded his head.
"Thank you and be careful." Marianne bid before the werewolf made his way to the garage.
Hoping into the Jeep, Zeref started the car and drove to the high school campus.

Gwen placed her phone back into her bag after sending Marianne a message. She returned her attention to their teacher as the sound of the rain blended with the lecture.
"Please leave your papers on the table as you take your leave. Thank you." The teacher instructed as students fled out the classroom.
Gwen squeezed through the crowd, making her way to her locker to drop her things. She checked her phone on any update from Marianne and received a message, saying she was waiting at the parking lot. Though the rain had died down minutes before the class ended, Gwen didn't mind as her day was quite eventful. A good chat with Marianne would be nice.
"Borgia!" Someone called for Gwen.
Gwen groaned and dipped her head inside her locker. Knowing she couldn't avoid them, she took her books and shoved it in her bag before closing her locker.
"You didn't come to the party. Hey, I get it, you're playing hard to get but you don't have to restrict yourself from having a good party." Ashton, a quarterback of the school's football team, leaned on the locker beside Gwen.
There was no way out for Gwen as Ashton's friends with their girlfriends, surrounded her.
"I was helping my sister plant some flowers in the garden." Gwen answered.
One of girls rolled her eyes. "Really, Ashton? This girl?" She brushed Gwen's hair to the back.
"Kate, come on, like you don't know Ashton. If you ask me, she's got a pretty face, pretty ass." The guy on Gwen's left, Drake, trailed his eyes on her.
In a blink, Ashton was pinning Gwen. He leaned closer to Gwen's ear. "See, all the boys want you here so let me make it easier for you. Be my girl. You won't be acting so reserved once you taste this." He pressed his erection on her thigh.
