Someone who likes to learn hands on. They are also known as experiential learners, because they learn best by doing.
They need to be doing tasks to avoid getting bored and to absorb new information. You are a kinesthetic learner if:
Likes sports, dancing, yoga, Zumba etc. They typically are very coordinated and have an excellent sense of their body in space and of body timing.You make gestures when speaking and can be poor listeners.
You also have great hand-eye coordination and quick reactions.
You have great physical memory.
