Namjin

"D-daddy?" I heard a knock on my door.

The last ten minutes I've spent listening to my dad fight someone in the kitchen and I know when he gets in fights he wants me to obey or he'll punish me.

"Daddy you can come in, I already prepped myself." I don't like it when he does things to me but it's better to obey than not to because he'll hurt me if I don't. "I have rope and the machine pulled up for you."

"Namjoon..."

That isn't my dad.

"Namjoon are you having an affair with your dad?" I lowered my ass but stayed facing away from the door. The man talking to me was my neighbor, Jin.

"No." I whispered out and I heard Jin take a few steps closer.

"He rapes you?" Jin asked and I sat up onto my knees. "Why did you say all that stuff?"

"He'll punish me if I'm not ready for him." I whispered and Jin started rubbing my back. "Where is he?"

"He's downstairs with the police. I told them I'd look around since I know the house so well. Why didn't you tell me, Joonie?" Jin kept one hand on my back as he reached for a blanket and covered me with it.

"He'd hurt me." I finally looked up at him and he helped me wrap the blanket around me before helping me stand, but I couldn't stand.

I fell to the floor and curled up since the blanket was only half on me. I heard people rush up the stairs. Jin quickly crouched next to me and covered me more.

When the police walked in they got several thoughts in their head and they involved Jin. You see, Jin is 23 and I'm 17 so the situation didn't really look good.

I let him cover me up and pick me up. His arms held me tightly and he carried me to the living room.

"What's your name son?" A police officer asked me and I looked at Jin. I didn't want to talk in fear my dad would come back and hit me.

"His name is Kim Namjoon. I believe he goes to Seoul high school." I nodded and look back at the officer. Another police came over but this one was a girl and she knelt in front of me.

"My name is Olivia, we're gonna help you put your dad in jail but I'm gonna need you to answer some questions."

She had these eyes that made me feel comfortable and I nodded. Jin sat next to me on the couch and rubbed my shoulder while listening to the first question.

"Is your dad abusive in any way? Does he drink a lot?" She moved to sit on her knees and I grabbed a pillow to give it to her. "Thank you."

"Your welcome, he usually drank beer as his normal drink." I stopped at that and Olivia tilted her head.

"I understand you're scared but he can't hurt you, no one can." Olivia rubbed my side and Jin rubbed my back, both over the blanket.

"He-... he..." I couldn't say it and Jin whispered something in my ear.

"That can't assume so you have to tell them like it's only me." I nodded and look a deep breath.

"He made me have sex with him. A lot. Everyday." I stopped there and Jin side hugged me. "He would do it before and after school and something he did it so hard in the morning that I couldn't stand to go to school and he continued the entire day." Olivia moved to sit on the couch next to me and she grabbed my hand.

"You are so tough to go through that and still be here to say it. Many die through this and I glad you didn't. Do you have anything that could represent how many times he's done this?"
