As she flutters open her eyes Y/n grabs her phone to check any news that might have happened during the night.
Nothing, not a single text.

With a groan she sits up, ties her hair back carelessly and grabs the remote.
Y/n turns on the tv and her PS4 including the controller. She opens the "Devil May Cry 5" installment and takes a drink of her water bottle.

Suddenly the door to her room bursts open revealing her mother.
"Y/n, school's up today", She says. "Yea, I know."
"Then why are you playing that game again?" The title screen for the game opens. "I got this", Y/n says and leans back onto her bed as her mother leaves the room.
Only one last mission is left for Y/n to do for the "Hell or Hell" mode.

Mission 20 with its boss fight.
After finishing the battle and watching the end scenes Y/n decides to make herself ready for the upcoming day by brushing her teeth and washing her face.
Then she changes into an oversized hoodie and a new pair of sweatpants, puts on her socks and shoes and throws her backpack over her shoulder.

Before leaving her messy room she takes her Nintendo Switch just in case some periods are dismissed.

Y/n jumps downstairs into the kitchen, grabs an apple and wishes her family farewell for the day.
The girl usually walks to school with her headphones on blasting her favorite playlist over and over and today is just the same.

As she reaches school grounds her friend runs over to greet the unmotivated girl. "Hey, Y/n!"
"What's up, F/n (friend's name)"
"Nothing much just totally excited that we have three periods in a row that are not taking place!"
Y/n's eyes widen. "You serious?" F/n gleams of joy as she jumps up and down nodding at the speed of lightning.

"Nice. Maybe I can play some Zelda in the meantime."
"Come on, Y/n, you always play games in your free time! Try doing something different for once", F/n whines as she holds onto her friend's arm while they enter the school building. "Then give me an example."

The girl starts to think and clicks her tongue as something comes to her mind.
"Going out to eat! You know I can drive us."
Y/n considers the offer but declines.

Even though the only thing she actually does is sleep, go to school and play games all day she never gets bored of it.
Y/n is the eldest of her class because she had to redo a school year, not because of the lack of intelligence but of the lack of motivation.
The young girl and soon to be 19 year old is actually very intelligent but was curious of what would happen if she failed her year.
Also she didn't really like her class.

"Fine, remember to call me later then!" F/n dashes off into her classroom as Y/n continues to walk into hers.
She sits down at the back of the class and listens to the teacher of her first period. Calculus.
Not a bad subject how she thinks but her teacher is boring so she decides to listen to music in the meanwhile which her teacher allows.

As the period ends Y/n walks to the room which was kept free for the seniors of the school. The room is filled with couches, bean bags and pillows.
Y/n sits down onto an empty couch looking around the room.
Many seniors come here to sleep or study but whenever she enters everyone knows they shouldn't bother Y/n.
The said girl pulls out her Switch, pulls her hood over her head and turns on her Zelda game.

While playing Y/n has to lay down the controller multiple times due to a strange tingling in her fingers and arms. This has never happened before.
Not being bothered by it the female continues to play which is a bad idea.
Her view suddenly starts spinning and her head hurts.

Seniors in the room start to notice that something isn't right with Y/n.
"Hey, Y/n. You alright?"
The girl stands up from the couch holding her paining head. "Yea, I'm fine. Just a headache", She sighs.

Suddenly a light appears above her catching the attention of everyone in the room.
"What the hell is that!"
"Is that a portal?"
Y/n looks up into the bright light and recognizes a portal almost shaped like the portals Yamato creates.
She chuckles at her thoughts but immediately stops as she can't feel the floor under her feet anymore.

The girl is being pulled into the strange portal which formed in the ceiling.
The other seniors are too shocked to help her. They just stand there watching the scene happen in front of their eyes. It's almost like someone pressed the pause button.

The light above Y/n continues to turn brighter blinding her completely.
Then suddenly the light disappears.
For a second there's absolutely no sound.
No breathing noises, nothing.

Y/n still feels like she is floating and her headache is now at its peak. This can only be an hallucination.
Y/n is a person who thinks logically.
As far as she knows there is no scientific proof that portals can be created but how can one form in her school sucking her in?

With her head filling with questions the girl notices how the dark void around her slowly turns into a different scene.
Red stone walls start to form around her and the feeling of floating has disappeared.
Realizing that that feeling has disappeared she looks down.

There's nothing under her feet only a few meters below her.
With a scream escaping her lips the young girl falls onto the ground at least 5 meters under her. To her surprise the fall did not hurt and her headache is gone.

"Who dares interrupt me?"
