Anyone who took one look at skylar could clearly see she was distressed

Sirius had desperately tried to cheer her up,but nothing was going to heal the broken girl

Skylars blue eyes were trickling tears,a sight that would make the most evil of a person have pity on her

They arrived at hogwarts,silently throwing james invisibility cloak over them,and heading towards the gryffindor common room

"Do you want to stay with us tonight?" Sirius asked Skylar softly

She nodded,her face blank and mascara running down her face

Carefully picking up skylars petite frame,sirius nuzzled his head into skylars neck,taking in the smell of jasmine and wild rose and vanilla

He quietly whispered the password and jogged up the stairs with skylar in his arms

Remus was awake and sitting on his bed,reading a book

His head snapped up at the door slamming open,taking one look at a distraught skylar and carefully taking her from sirius's arms

Sirius nodded and went into the bathroom,running the bath

Remus sat down on his bed,skylar sitting on his lap peacefully,her head on his shoulder

Remus stroked her back comfortingly,his sand coloured hair blending in with skylars

"Shhh it's fine,come on what happened?" Remus asked gently

Skylar was like a sister to him,and he treasured her like gold,she was special to him on a sisterly way

Skylar explained shakily,her Irish accent sounding scared and trembling every so often

After she had explained,she clutched her stomach and swung her legs over the side of the bed

"I think I'm going to be-oh God" she whispered,running to the bathroom and promptly throwing her guts up

Sirius was scared at skylars sudden reaction,and not knowing what to do,awkwardly sat there and hugged her from behind as skylar was sick again

Skylar fell back,brought her legs upto her chest,and sighed

Her legs were trembling tremendously,so much that sirius started to wonder if she was shivering or just in shock

The bath stopped running,and sirius slowly lifted skylar off him,and walked over to te bathtub

"Bubbles?" He asked her gently

Skylar nodded slowly,a blank expression on her face

Sirius filled the tub with camomile scented bubbles and left the bathroom so skylar could undress and get in

The minuet sirius left,skylar burst into tears,collapsing into the bath and placing small pale hands on her stomach,caressing the purple cuts and black bruises on her small frame

Sirius was nervously waiting out side,trying to block out the quiet sounds of skylars sobs

"You can't exactly go in there after her sirius" lily said softly,she was trying to be as calm as possible,but the messy red hair and tear tracks down her face kinda ruined it

Sirius nodded,not saying a word,james and remus guessed it was because he was busy trying to figure out a play to kill the people who hurt his girlfriend

Peter was sleeping soundly on the bed across the room,loud snores confirmed it

"Padfoot" james started,but was cut of by remus grabbing his arm and shaking his head "leave him prongs,he is worried about skylar,angry at skylars brother-"

"That blue haired freak is nothing but a fucking bastard" Sirius growled turning around "he is NOT skylars brother,a brother is someone who loves and cares for you,someone who beats up people who gave you a hard time and hugs you when you're feeling sad,the freak is NOT a brother" Sirius exclaimed angrily

"Regulus doesn't do that-" james was interrupted by the door to the bathroom opening slowly and a scared looking skylar stepping out in a pair of pajama pants Sirius had left her to get changed into and her shirt

Lily hugged her softly a and led her down towards the bed she was sat on

A banging on the door was heard and skylar instantly whimpered and her eyes grew wide

"He here" she whimpered

Sirius was startled by the door banging,so he did the first thing that came to mind,he kissed skylar and grabbed his wand,and opened the door

A boy's voice was heard "where is she sirius?" The voice said

"In here why?" Sirius asked the voice

The next thing skylar saw was regulus black,her boy best friend running in the room,frantically looking for her

Skylar saw him and bolted out the bed,hugging him tight

"What happened?!" Regulus Cried,hugging skylar back and kissing the top of her head

"Justin" skylar cried,clutching onto regulus,her voice muffled by regulus' chest

Sirius was shocked at what he saw,so were the rest of the marauders

"Regulus,why are you hugging my girlfriend?" Sirius asked,jealousy clear in his voice

Regulus chuckled "she's my best friend Sirius"

Lily gasped "you traitor" she said playfully

Skylar laughed quietly
