We were still standing there, our foreheads together, both controlling our breathing. When i was finally able to think, a blush started to fill my cheeks and instead of feeling akward or totally disgusted, a huge smile flashed acrost my face.
I was never good with hiding my emotions.
" Aww, did I make you blush?' He asked.
I playfully hit his chest. "Psh no... Its.. just uhh really hot in here", I said, trying to lie, with what seemed to be an obvious effort because he just laughed and mumbled " Sure, sure".
"You know, not to be rude or anything, but why exactly are you here?", I asked , slightly embaressed, which was only adding to my blush.
Im not exactly sure why i even kissed Kayden in the first place. I mean, other than today, Kayden and i hadnt talked in years, and im not like that. I dont just run around hooking up with guys. I guess there was just something about Kayden i take comfort in. Who knows, maybe we can even be friends, but this, this kissing thing that happend, well here brain *Personal Reminder* Dont let it happen again.. Kissing Kayden can only lead to things i dont want to deal with..like my brothers temper.
" Well actually..", he hesitateed and then muttered "Shit" under his breathe.
I just kept watching him until he started talking again, a tad bit amused with his discomfort.
" Well actually," he started again," I came up here to tell you that your BROTHER, aka my best friend, wanted me to tell you to get ready and bring you to his room , but uhh i think the uhh kiss should stay just betweeen us for now okay? Getting in a fight with my best friend isnt exactly on my list of things to do today".
I just laughed and started walking towards the door. "My lips are sealed", i said with an amused giggle. " Now get out so I can change. Ill knock on your door when im ready".
He let out a low sexy, wait no i mean adorable, you dont call your friends sexy, especially one you were lip fucking 5 minutes ago Bell, gosh im such a teenager, chuclke.
" Okay but please dont take too long. Hes throwing a little party and it starts in-", he slowly pulled out his iPhone and checked the time," 11 minutes".
"Oh, i wont", i said, shoving him out the door. "See you in an hour", i added and closed the door.
As i turned and started walking Kayden yelled through the door.
"Thats not funny Isabelle".
"Dont worry your little head, at least we"ll be fasionably late", i yelled towards the door, smiling as i grabbed my toilettries and walked to the bathroom.
