Sunday morning and I’m seated on the sofa doing all my reports for this weekend I hate these situations. Stumping my pen back and forth, drinking coffee, and crumpled papers all over the place Errr this is a dilemma I haven’t finished anything yet, this is a mess. My back already hurts I’ve been working for 3 hours so far good thing Francine called and gave me some of her ideas to add in my narrative besides she’s an expert and she does help me every time I needed her. I was doing my work when I was interrupted by a call.
“Hello?” I answered.
“Is this Ms. Zooey Berry?” the caller asked
“Yes. Speaking?”
“Oh Hi this is Lorraine from University of Sydney we just wanted to let you know that you past your examination. We hope to see your presence for your last interview. I’ll just send you a confirmation letter for your pass. Thank you and have a good day.” The call ended, but I still can’t believe it I passed my examination this is so bliss.
Gazing the view from a far it seems like we’re in paradiso I’m on bored to Australia, the travel last for 21 hours and 46 minutes. I can’t even wait to arrive there, it’s somehow I was also anxious to get my last interview for my final results.
Finally we landed already the scenery of the place looks calm and winsome no wonder everyone’s being captivated by the place I mean I’ve been in different places but this one’s more pleasing to stay. It’s exactly 5 pm and I finished everything, I’ve checked in already unpacked my things out, and I have nothing to do now Oh well maybe I should get a nap Jeeez it’s almost a one day travel here to Australia I need a rest.
I blew a breathe out my mouth, and it landed on the window of the car,
“10 pm” I utter. I sighed and drove off, I was singing along the song
“We keep this love in this photograph
We made these memories for ourselves
Where our eyes are never closing
hearts are never broken
And time's forever frozen still
So you can keep me
Inside the pocket of your ripped jeans
Holding me closer 'til our eyes meet
You won't ever be alone
And if you hurt me
That's okay baby, only words bleed
Inside these pages you just hold me
And I won’t ever let you go
Wait for me to come home
