Chapter 2 ~ Something New

Harder. I started to pound harder and harder, wanting to go faster and faster till i was numb. Sweat dripping from my hair and down my chest as i went faster till finally, the bag broke from the chain it was hanging on from the ceiling exploding every where making a mess as a small growled came from my throat. As I sat down I grabbed the towel next to me and started wiping my sweat before putting it on my neck while removing the bandages from my knuckles that went down to my wrist.

"I see you're getting out some frustrations there. Something you want to talk about?"

My beta Rin walked in tossing me a water bottle to which I gladly gulped down in one swig.

"There's a scent on the territory that has my wolf in a tense state. A she wolf is on the territory, but she isn't rouge, i want you to take to other wolves with you and investigate who and what she is doing here, report back to me after your first encounter with her."

Rin slightly bowed before he walked out only to walk back in and smack me upside the head, lowly growling at him i waited for him to explain.

"As my alpha i apologize but as my best friend, you're an idiot! Caroline is back and caught a whiff of you and is trying to run this place like she is Luna which she isn't but if you don't tell her something I will and we both know how that could end, she would probably go back and try to start a war with us through Alpha Ryan."

Sighing i nodded my head before he walked out. Caroline was someone my parents, before they passed, had hoped I'd marry in hopes of expanding the pack. When i refused because she wasn't my mate she went crazy refusing to let me get away with humiliating her in front of her pack when Alpha Ryan handed me the family ring practically begging me to ask her to marry me in front of their whole pack. I throw the ring on the floor and refused to marry someone that wasn't my mate.

A few months later he hired some rouges to start a small war with us which resulted int0 an assassination of my parents, the Luna and Alpha of the strongest pack in the world, The Red Moon Pack. So whenever Caroline comes around she assumes she is the Luna and tries to take over my pack.

"Caroline, what brings you to my pack?"

Sh flinched when I empathized the my as i spoke to her, but she recomposes herself and looks me in the eye to which my wolf Ignis was taking that as a challenge.

"I'd rather not speak here so openly, is there somewhere we can speak privately?"

I nodded and walking off not even bothering to check if she was behind me as i walked straight into my office and sitting behind my desk waiting for her to explain what is going on, but before I had time to process what the fuck happened she was in front of me straddling my lap while forcefully kissing me as she stuck her tongue in my mouth. As i was pushing her off she got off of me while pulling me to the ground where she straddled me again while rubbing her hand against my dick. I pushed her off of me while getting up and distancing us as i wiped my mouth with the back of my hand disgusted.

"What is the meaning of this Caroline!"

She pouted before fixing her composure and looking me in the eye once more.

"My father has passed making me the new alpha of my pack, i have come here to ask you to marry me. I am still new which makes me a target for other packs to attack me in hopes of claiming the title as their own and mate with me, if you were to marry me, the strongest alpha none across all the lands, the others wouldn't try to start a war and you wont suffer any damages."
