"He stabbed me. He stabbed me over... a-and over... and over again. It was excruciatingly painful, pure agony. I begged him to stop, but... he just gave me that cruel and unnerving smile he used to have."

Timpani stared in horror as He continued on what happened in His nightmare, her mouth still and ajar. He would never do something like this, I know my husband! What would make this happen? she thought, worry spreading on her face.

When He had finished, Timpani wiped His tears as well as her own. "I... I'm sorry, I shouldn't have asked you to talk about it. You're more upset than you were now, aren't you?"

He shook His head and sighed lightly. "Actually, it felt better to get that off my chest," He said, staring at the ceiling. He puffed, and looked back at Timpani. "Why are you still trying to help me? I'm a lost cause, and everyone knows it," He said quietly, looking back at the wall again.

Timpani pulled Him into a hug, and for once, He didn't protest.

"Wh-what are you doing?"

"I'm giving you a hug. You need one. Heck, you need more than one."

"I do not understand the concept of 'hugging,' and I don't want to."

"You don't have to. I just... I want you to be happy."

"No."

"Please?"

"Still no."

"You know that I will do everything in my power to make you happy, right?"

"Yes."

"Good. Now go to bed- wait no, you'll have a nightmare again. Just... relax, okay?"

He hesitated with His answer.

"Alright, fine."

"Good, thank you. I am going to leave now, you rest. You'll be going into town with me tomorrow since the others will be doing things."

He sprung up from the bed and screeched.

"Don't worry, you'll be hid! Now again, rest."

She left the room and shut the door quietly, seeing Blumiere was on the other side of the door as He had said. He was staring at the jewel on his scepter, and Timpani eventually followed his actions. Blumiere abruptly coughed and looked away from it.

"I... You know I would never do something like that, right?"

"Of course, Blumiere. I really don't know what could've triggered that bad of a horror. I do hope he's alright."

"Timpani, it's him. He will never be 'alright'."

"I know.. I know.... well, I'm going to bed. It's been a long day, haha."

"Of course, honey. I'll be there soon."

Timpani nodded and had Blumiere teleport her to their room, and with her gone, he could finally enter the room and 'talk' to Him.
