Another I Miss You Day.

Today was another I miss you day,
Throughout my mind you were on display.
Twirling in my brain as if you were ballet,
Memories scattered on replay.
From my tears I wish I could breakaway,
All my pain I wish I could take away.
Why must our love be on a delay?
Words can’t describe my dismay,
It’s not fair that you had to stray.
Together we were attached like clay,
Knotted and entwined like crochet.
Every new day is always gray,
Laughter comes but never does stay.
Every night I passionately pray,
I know that God listens to everything I say.
For now I’ll hold tight and try to be okay,
Someday when you return to me I’ll shout hurray.
