So it's finally the weekend so I decide it's a good time to organise a meet up with Shiloh. I want to know a bit more about him, considering his reputation of being a liar.

"Hey Shiloh, wanna go out today?" I say as soon as he answers the call.

"Oh Hi, Jay. Sure. Sounds great"

"Cool, so this might sound lame but do you want to go to the countryside?" I ask tapping my fingers against the door.

"Yeah! Sounds fun"

"k. I'll see you at the bus stop in an hour, if that's Alright?" I ask, I'm a little confused he didn't hesitate considering there isn't much to do in the countryside, but I guess he doesn't care.

Which works out well for me learning more about him.

"Awesome! I'll see you there"

"Bye Shiloh" I say hanging up.

I used to hang around the countryside a lot when we first moved here because I love working with animals, riding horses, petting the cows or just looking after them.

It used to be my dream to work in places like that for the rest of my life, away from the city and my family... before I discovered my talents in acting.

I quickly get changed into something more outdoor friendly and after watching some tv it's time to go.

I walk over to the bus stop and Shiloh is already there.

"Wow I need to get better at showing up early... sorry for the wait" I say leaning against the bus stop sign.

"I haven't been here for long, it's great to see you!" Shiloh says happily and I smile.

"You too" I say and I check out his outfit, I think I have that jacket...

"Which seat do you want on the bus?" Shiloh asks and I pretend to think.

"I'm a window seat type'a gal" I say proudly, it's definitely different to going out with Jeremy but in a weird way it's similar. I get whatever I want with both of them.

"That's fine with me" Shiloh says as the bus approaches.

After the bus ride and the long conversation to do with how Shiloh used to ride horses before he broke his arm we finally arrive.

It's kinda strange thinking about how Shiloh must have an actual personality underneath all that sucking up.

"Wow it's so pretty out here" Shiloh says looking around and I nod, looking out into the rolling hills covered in grazing animals.

"Yup, I wish I could hang out here more often but eh, studying and all that crap is 'important'" I say sarcastically leaning against a tree.

"So What do you want to talk about?" Shiloh asks and I smile, this is what I've been waiting for.

"You, obviously" I say and he nods.

"Sure, If That will make you happy" he says and I roll my eyes.

"Right, So... where do you think you belong in the world?" I ask and he smiles.

"Ooooh deep" Shiloh comments and I shrug.

"Don't think about it too much, I'm just curious" I ask wanting to know more about what his actual personality is.

"I can have whatever role you want me to" He says and I raise my eyebrow.

"Oh Shiloh, you flirt. Don't tease me like that" I say sarcastically and he just keeps smiling.

"I didn't mean to. unless you wanted me to, of course" He says and I roll my eyes.

"You are way to hard to take seriously, love." I say and he frowns.

"Sorry...but you know you can always believe what I say" shiloh says making me chuckle.

"Right. You are just honesty central then?" I ask sarcastically.

"Haha right, well everyone lies sometimes but when it comes to what I say about you I am always honest" Shiloh says and I smile even though I know it's probably not true.

"Thanks, Shiloh" I say and he smiles again.

"Well I can't help it! You make me want to tell the truth" he says and I laugh.

"Did... you think of something funny?" He asks 'confused'.

"No no, of course not. I just 'believe' you so damn much it's hilarious" I say sarcastically before remembering why I wanted to talk to him in the first place.

"But onto the second question, what's your place in the school- and please be specific this time" I say and he shyly smiles.

"Well.. it's kinda the same thing, I fill whatever role people need me to" Shiloh says and I cross my arms.

"What other people need, or what will work out the best for you?" I ask suspiciously.

"Other people, I guess I've got the role of helping people and cheering people up" Shiloh says and I sigh dramatically.

"Well what about when the 'cheerer-upper' needs to be cheered up? What do you do then?" I ask and he blushes.

"Well I can always get help from my friends and whenever I need to cheer up I can just think of you" Shiloh says and I raise an eyebrow.

"I don't know what else I expected from that... I have one more question.... do you like pretending?" I ask and he frowns.

"I'm not sure what you-"

"Shiloh." I cut him off.

"Yes?" He asks innocently.

"It's just one question, yes or no.. then we can just forget this conversation even happened" I say and he pauses.

"Well... can you be more specific?" He asks and I take a deep breath.

"Do you like pretending to be happy to please everyone so that you can then reap the benefits and manipulate people?" I ask and he looks down to his feet.

"I really do care about people, even if a lot of people think I don't care about anything." Shiloh says and I sigh.

"Something tells me that's the best I'm gonna get" I say and Shiloh looks back up to me.

"So can I ask you a few questions now?" He asks and I nod.

"Fire away" I say and after a while I loose track of time and by the time we get back to the bus stop it's been several hours.

"Thanks for coming with me. I know it was a weird request" I say as we get back to the school.

"No, I had so much fun, we should do this again some time" Shiloh says and I nod.

"Yeah, I would like that" I say and we go our seperate ways.

Shiloh is a strange phenomenon I'll admit, but that just makes things more interesting.
