(I don't think this is one of my best chapters, I might re-write it at some point :) )

I shake Y/n gently, smiling softly as her eyes flutter open- but don't let this fool you, she looked pissed that I had woken her up.

When her eyes met mine, they widened a little in surprise, but then relaxed, "I thought it was a dream," she mumbled.

That gives me... a great... idea...

"Hm? What kinda dream? A bad one?" I hug her close to me and grin, "I'll protect you~"

She furrowed her eyebrows in confusion, "Wait... what did we do last night?"

"We watched a movie and you fell asleep in my arms~" I winked, trying to tease her and make her think that it truly was all a dream. If she fools for it-

"Oh, right... I'll start cooking some breakfast."

-my plan only becomes easier.
Now, there's no evidence that I ever did anything bad to her... sort of.

"How... did my phone break?" She picks up the smashed phone, eyebrows furrowed.

"It must've fallen off of the table while we were asleep- you know how easy they break!" I gently take it out of her hands, smiling, "I'll make you a new one."

Then suddenly there was a knock at the door. I thought no one knew the location of the apartment but me? Who would be knocking-

"Zen!" I hear her happily exclaim, breaking me from my thoughts. I was so deep in thought I didn't even hear her answer the door.

"What happened to your wrists?" Zen holds her hands, looking closely. The rope marks were still there.

"Oh- I don't know... I didn't even realise... but I had the weirdest dream-"

"Why are you here, Hyun?" I cut her off, glaring at Zen.

He glares back, pulling Y/n to his side, "What did you do to her, Luciel?"

"I didn't do anything. Go on, Y/n, tell him!"

She stays quiet, softly rubbing over the red marks on her wrists.

"I think you need to leave," Zen steps towards me, his expression cold enough to make me shiver.

I look towards the table beside me, eyeing up the lamp on top. I go to reach for it, but Zen grabs my arm.

"Let go of me, Hyun!" I growl, breaking free of his grip.

"What are you trying to do, Luciel? Why are you acting like this?!" He stepped back to Y/n, holding her hand, "I won't let you hurt her."

"That's not my intention," I grin, "I'd never want to hurt her~" I coo, stepping forward to caress her face, but Zen stops me. "Ah~ you see, Zen... I don't think it's a very good idea to get in my way..."

"I won't let you hurt her." He repeats himself again, his tone a little harsher.

"Well then..." I turn around and walk back to the table, picking up the lamp, "you leave me no choice but to hurt you~"

I swing the lamp forcefully towards Zen's head before he has time to react, but Y/n steps in the way, taking the full impact of the hit, making her fall to the floor.

I drop the lamp and kneel down beside her, "why did you do that?! You stupid, stupid... stupid girl," I run my hand softly across her cheek, it was still warm.

I then stood back up, the lamp in my hand again. Zen looks at me with wide eyes, "Seven-" was all he could say before he was cold out.

I pick up Y/n bridal style, carrying her over to the sofa and laying her down, "Seven... my head..." she groans.

"I know, I know... it's all Zen's fault. If it weren't for him you wouldn't have gotten hurt," I softly speak, brushing my hand through her hair, leaning down to kiss her forehead.

I stand back up again and walk over to Zen's body. He was still alive, sadly. But I didn't want to kill him... it'd be too obvious that it was me. I struggled to drag his body into one of Y/n's bedrooms, placing his heavy body under the covers. Another lie wouldn't hurt.

I take a selfie of myself grinning, Zen sleeping in the background, posting it to the RFA chat with the message: "Zen was up all night worrying about Y/n so we let him crash here for a bit, I think he hit his head or something though, he's been making weird accusations ^^;;"

Hopefully that'll do it. Now, I've got to take Y/n to my place, away from everyone else where we can be protected.
