There are an enormous variety of different special weapons seen throughout the Mega Man franchise. Some special weapons can include those gotten from defeating bosses such as Hyper Bomb or Shotgun Ice. Some special weapons can include utility items such as the Rush abilities or the Vacuum Arm. And even some special weapons, in the case of the Battle Network and Starforce Series, can include those using battle chips or battle cards.
