Chapter 29

Niall was having fun in the playroom. Niall was starting to become tired and snuggled up to zayn. "You tired baby?" Zayn asked getting a nod from the tired boy.
"Do you want to have a nap?" Niall nodded but clung to Zayn hinting that he wanted to stay with him.
"Let's go back to my room then and we can nap with Haz." Niall nodded so Zayn quickly changed the boys nappy before carrying him into his room placing him down next to Harry before getting on the bed himself. Niall snuggled into Zayn.

"Can we go back to bed now?" Liam asked and Louis nodded helping the boy get himself cleaned up and then picked him up as Louis could see that Liam was half asleep. Louis carried the boy to the twins room and laid him down in his bed and jess took the boys temperature which had gone high again. Jess gave the boy some medicine.
"I'm going to get a home Doctor visit for Liam because if I'm right his temperature hasn't been this bad since coming home." Louis nodded they always got his temperature down and it didn't go back up that quickly.
"How long will that be?" Louis asked as he ran his hand through Liam's hair as the boy fell back asleep.
"It will be some point today, It's just to make sure everything is fine, I mean it might just be happening because he's finally working his way out of the bug but a doctor will also be able to prescribe him something stronger if needed that I can't do without a doctors permission."

Louis nodded and then thought of something.
"He won't need to be readmitted will he, I mean its his birthday tomorrow." Louis asked concerned that Liam would be spending his 13th birthday in hospital.
"I highly doubt it, as what were doing at the moment is just what they would do at the hospital since he always has a nurse monitoring him and it would be pretty much a waste of time, but I can't be a 100% sure." Louis nodded and watched as Jess left the room to arrange for a doctor to come and check on Liam. Louis cuddled the asleep boy but he was really worried about him. He hadnt been like this since being discharged from hospital.

Jess got in touch with a doctor who would do a home visit but couldn't say what time he would be over. Jess thanked him before going back to Louis. They didn't know if liam's body was reacting to the bug getting out of his system or if he had picked something else up.

"There's a doctor coming over at some point today, but they couldn't say when." Jess told Louis when she reentered the room.
"That's Fine it's not like we're going anywhere." Louis responded playing gently with Liam's hair. "He'll Be Fine louis, I'm pretty sure he's just coming out of the bug completely. When people like Liam have reacted this bad to something things normally get worse before they get better, but on the plus side once this bouts over and it is due to Liam coming out of his illness he'll be completely healthy again."
"I guess." Louis smiled. The house was peaceful everyone was asleep apart from Louis and jess.

Liam had been asleep for around an hour when Louis felt him start to move around.
"You Alright?" Louis asked when he looked down to see Liam staring right back at him.
"I don't know." Liam said.
"Your get better eventually. Do you need a change?" Liam nodded so Louis picked him up not risking him walking and got him changed quickly before bringing him back to bed. Jess then approached with the thermometer and didn't even need to say anything to Liam as he already knew what was going to happen.

It was around 38.5.
"Bit better than earlier but still high." Liam nodded and then whimpered.
"What's up Liam?" Jess asked.
"You feeling sick Li?" Louis asked him grabbing the bucket incase.
"I don't even know anymore." Liam whines burying his face into Louis' top. Louis placed the bucket on the bedside table so it could be reached quickly and rubbed Liam's back trying to get the boy to calm down before he made himself sick from crying.
"Come on Li, calm down." Louis whispered and Louis could feel him trying to calm down but he was still whimpering.

Liam didn't feel great at all he sat bolt up right and started breathing heavily. Louis grabbed the bucket again. Liam threw up almost instantly and Louis could see the tears falling from his eyes as well.
"Your Be Okay soon, everyone has bad days." Louis said.
"But this isn't a bad day, I've been like this now for over a week." Liam cried as he threw up again.
"Li Love, you've been Fine the last couple of days let's think positively yeah maybe this is a sign the end is in sight." Louis said.
"Your dads right Liam." Jess said.
