So in this scene, namjoon is wearing a suit which I thought his trying to act like a president but once he standing with other figurines, I can see that he is trying to re-act the boy in luv mv.
He is actually wearing a school uniform and plus namjoon hair is also the same color as it was in 2014.

And this scene is from N.O / Mic Drop / BST
N.O mv is when they are kinda being under control but at last they end up being rebellious so it continues with mic drop which they start to rebell. And for BST, you can see those figurines are cracking just like how the statue and jin does in BST.
I bet this is to show that they find their own self now instead of following to be a persona that someone made.
