DREW'S POV:

After I arrived to my apartment from work at Macy's, it was already about 8:30. I ate, took a shower, and started to watch TV. As I was watching TV, I couldn't stop thinking about her. Her lightly tanned skin, luxurious red hair, big brown eyes, and her adorable laugh just pulled me in. Everything about her was so perfect. At about 10:30 I started to get sleepy and headed to my bed. If only I had someone to share it with- I thought. Throughout the whole night, I couldn't sleep. This whole thing was driving me insane. It was like she was one of those dreams that you always wanted to come true...and really wanted to get to know her better. There was only one way to do that. I had to ask her out.

HANNAH'S POV:

I felt so happy for Rachel. She wouldn't stop texting me after we came back from buying our prom dresses. I clearly could tell she was drooling over that guy, which actually I was proud of. I mean, she definitely needs someone that loves her, especially since her mom died about 7 years ago. Like, if you just know Rachel as a person, you wouldn't be able to tell that she was going through stuff. She was always the popular girl in school, and she always is in an upbeat mood and has a smile in her face.

But if you're a good friend to her, like I am, you could tell she was ahving a hard time with things. And I completely understand why. Ok, 2 reasons I say that: 1. Rachel's step-mom May is a major psychopath! She never thinks of the needs of Rachel, only herself. May never really took the time to get to know her and support her. 2. Rachel's always felt the need to talk to someone about stuff only a mother could answer. Sure I was enormous help to her, but it's still not the same. I think a loving, caring man in her life would make her feel better. Hopefully, Drew was the one.

RACHEL'S POV:

On Thursday, I got up by the sound of my dumb alarm. I slipped on my hollister denim jeans, and paired it with my navy blue floral print tank. To bring it together, I added a pair of gladiator sandals followed by mascara, eyeliner, and lip gloss. Nothing too dramatic, I wanted it simple. When I got to school, I obviously failed my homework, and I wasn't going to get any better at it since a new distraction came along...Drew. I stared at the class ceiling and sighed, thinking of how great it would be if I could see him everyday.

Mrs. Garrigo, my teacher, hardly slapped her metal ruler on my desk. I immediately came back to earth...sadly. "You must be more focused to pass this class Miss Rodriguez!" she snapped. I just rolled my eyes and nodded. Why was my life so jacked up? After my last class, I headed to the school parking lot and stepped in my car. Just as I cranked it up, I heard my phone start to ring. It was Drew! Omg, what was I going to say!?

I slowly slid my finger across my iPhone to answer it. "Hello?" I mumbled. "Hey Rachel!" Oh god, his voice was beautiful...what if I sound weird?- I thought. You can obviously tell that I was way too nervous. I was freaking out. Get it together Rachel- I told myself. "Hi!" I said cheerily. "So, I was wondering if you weren't busy Saturday night, then maybe...you might wanna go ice skating with me." "Oh my gosh! Of course I would! I've been dying to see you ever since yesterday!" I said happily.

Wait, uh-oh. Was I supposed to say that? Did it make me seem to eager and easy-going? "Oh really? Same here." he said in his British accent. I am so glad he felt the same way! I laughed and said "Ok what time?" "Is seven good?" he asked. "Yes, it's perfect!"I stated. "Just like you." he replied. I blushed and said thank you. I hung up the phone and screamed in my car. I drove home and quickly went to the kitchen, grabbed a slice of pizza and a drink, and ran down the hallway and into my room. I locked the door, and screamed once more. I ate my pizza in my room while watching tv. When I was watching Jersey Shore, Hannah sent me a text that read:
