Hi! This is me from the future. I just wanted to let you know that recently all of my oneshots are separated into paragraphs. I won't be editing my past stories because I hate reading stuff that I wrote a year ago. I also have another story on Wattpad. It's a chatfic titled Peter Parker's Text Messages.
Peter had not been able to focus all day. How could he? He was meeting the avengers today! Tony had mostly hidden Peter from the others. Now the accords deal was over they were a team again. Finally the last bell rang and Peter dashed through the halls. He didn't stop by his locker as he left. He would regret that tomorrow, but that wasn't important right now. Practically flew to the car Happy was in. The whole ride to the tower Peter was tapping his foot. When they got to the tower Peter jumped out of the car before Happy had completely stopped. He left his book bag in the car and ran to the elevator. He cracked the elevator button because he pressed it so hard. "Where to, Peter?" FRIDAY asked. "Wherever the avengers are FRI," Peter responded, practically bouncing. Finally, after what seemed like forever, the elevator door opened. The Avengers conversations stopped as Peter walked in. Tony quickly stood up. "This is my personal intern Peter," Tony said, placing a hand on Peter's shoulder. "Hi," Peter said, trying to keep his voice from sounding too excited. A chorus of "Hello"s came from the Avengers. "I didn't know we where excepting interns that are this young," Steve said, motioning to Peter. "Well he is an exception," Tony said. "Why though?" Clint asked. Peter looked at Tony as if asking him if he should tell the others about Spider-Man. Tony nodded. "I'm Spider-Man," Peter said nervously. Everyone stared at him, shocked. Finally Steve spoke up, "You brought a kid into all this?!" "He can handle it and it was his choice!" Argued Tony. Soon everyone was yelling at each other. It slowly became to loud for Peter. He could feel a sensory overload coming on. He put his hands over his ears and slid down the wall until he was on the floor. He felt tears dripping down his face. He pulled his legs to his chest as the yelling got louder and louder. He tried to stay as silent as possible, not wanting the Avengers to see him like this. Soon he couldn't hold it any longer. He let out a whimper. All the previous yelling stoped as the Avengers drew their attention to Peter. Tony silently walked over to Peter and crouched in front of him. "Sensory overload?" Tony asked in a whisper. Peter nodded his head. As Peter nodded the lights dimmed. Tony held out a hand for Peter to grab. Peter slowly held on to Tony's hand. They walked to Peter's room. Peter layer down and Tony sat beside him. "Thanks Dad," Peter slurred, already half asleep. Tony's heart warmed at Peter's words. "You're welcome, kiddo," Tony said before walking out. He knew he would get yelled at by the Avengers about Peter, but it was worth the yelling just to keep his son around.
Hey guys! This is my first one shot so please go easy on me! I hope you guys enjoyed it, even though it was really short, and I will be posting as often as possible. I do take requests, so if you have ideas please tell me! Love, Kat! ❤️ (Yes I know I use a lot of exclamation points!)
