Hey guys! I just want to announce that I'm officially quiting this book. I'm doing this mostly because my mental health is declining and I'm alone with my thoughts for most of the day thanks to quarintine so that doesn't help. At first I thought I was fine, but I knew I wasn't when I went from almost three months clean to zero days clean. I also had suicidal thoughts for the first time which was really scary. So yea, I'm quiting this book.
