Chapter 1

The darkness around me is wraithing around as if it was a living entity. It swallows me though i am it's creator. I can only lay still as the pain & agony disperse throughout my already weakened body. Suddenly, i see a clear shadow standing over me, my emotions going livid. Of who it was is my question now. Was it the reaper coming to release me from my pain? I think not. I would still go to hell, only because i wanted to protect him. They all wanted him, what was i supposed to do? He is pure while they are not. Well it doesn't matter anymore. Its all come to an end for nothing. I made my mistakes & nothing will change them.

"AAHHH~" I wake up & scream, the intense nightmare i just had was the cause of it. I'd had nightmares before, but none as vivid as that one. What- no, Who was the thing standing over me?

I can't worry about such matters now. I have to get ready for school, & protect my senpai.

~(Ayano's Morning routine is done, Time Skip)~

I walk to school, the falling of the leaves during the fall is beautiful. Only my senpai could top it. As im leisurely strolling down the streets to school, i see them. Osano Najimi, & Taro-Senpai. Why is he with him? The thought sickens me to my stomach that a guy like that can even stand in Senpai's space as if he's worthy. Only i have the worthiness to be with Senpai. I walk closer behind, just enough to hear their conversation.

"Taro, Seriously! You need to wake up earlier!" Osano says, with an annoyed tone anyone could tell was fake. Senpai is innocent so he didn't notice. "Gosh, im sorry Osano. Look I'll try to be more mindful." Senpai apologizes, adorably with his smile dimming. How dare he! "Jeez, don't get so upset it's fine." Osano says, regretting his actions like he should. Osano starts to race to school, Senpai following close behind. Running would cause them to notice me, so i keep my pace & speed walk silently. I see the school in sight & speed up pace. Having a reason to sprint with them.

I walk to my locker & change my shoes. I don't know what to do. I can't just stalk senpai. I have to do other things. I wish i could get rid of that Osano. Alast, i can't he's always with senpai. I decide to walk to the roof & see whose there. Probably the same old students as usual.

Reaching the roof i see the exact same people except for one guy. Budo? I think his name is. I looked upon him, wondering what's he doing here. He started to return my gaze, i immediately look away. My face is turning red from almost being caught looking at him. I should only have eyes for my senpai noone else. Senpai makes me feel alive. I walk to the railing & look out on too the courtyard. Osano & Senpai still talking. I sigh out of annoyance. I feel a strong yet light tap on my shoulder. I look behind & see Budo wearing a stupid grin. "Ayano? Are you ok?" He says his grin dimming a bit. I can only nod. No one can know about my troubles or they'll surely be freaked out. Budo holds my chin up making me blush. Im still a girl after all. "Really? I don't think you are." He says looking into my eyes. Maybe... I could use him? He seems hellbent on helping so..

I hug Budo. I hold onto him really tight. Burying my head in his chest. I make my body quiver falsely. Budo freezes but then hugs me back. "Ayano. Let's go chat in the oriental garden, Ok?" He says leading me there.

"Ayano? What's wrong?" Budo says taking a seat next to me on the garden bench. "Im worried. Osano threatened Taro." I say shaking, while lying through my teeth. "What?!? What did he say?!?" Budo says, worrying with me. "Control. He wants Taro to do what he says. He even said it. He wants Taro in 'that' way." I speak lightly, keeping up my charade. "And Taro agreed?!?" Budo says, surprised. I shake my head. "No, Osano is holding a secret over Taro's head. I don't know it though." I say putting my head in my heads. "And i can't tell anybody, im scared ill be next." I say, breaking out the crocodile tears. Budo holds me, softly in his arms. "Don't worry. Ill stop him. Do me a favor & come to the marital arts club, wait outside & peak in. Record everything with your phone." He says standing up. I nodded softly, drying my tears. I walk to the gate of the garden. I turn around, "Thank you, Budo!" I say running off with the vilest smirk on my face. I just think it's funny. How could he just believe me like that? Heh, Fool. That is what he is.
