Lou had found Tammy pretty quickly due to the fact she knew the girl better than she thought she did. She knew she always liked parks and figured she'd go to the abandoned one no one knew about.Arriving at the park she found the girl on a bench head hung low and shoulders shaking. Hearing her muttering to herself, Lou got closer to try to make out what she was saying. "I'm such an idiot. I should've never talked to her, I never should've come to this stupid sleepover. I never should've thought they cared about me. I was probably just a game to them. They're probably all laughing at me 'Little Tammy is just as stupid as we thought'. Stupid enough to get caught in the ocean like uncle Ruben said."
Not able to hear anymore of the girl berating herself, Lou sat down and pulled her close. Feeling her fight at first she held on tighter. " You are not stupid and you were never a game. Not to Debbie, and certainly not to me okay Tam?" Loosening her arms around the girl, Lou cupped her face, " You could never be a game and you will never be stupid. If anyone is stupid it's Debbie and I think she's starting to realize how stupid she was behaving."
Hugging the girl to her chest Lou let Tammy cry until she started hiccuping and her crying slowed down.
"Why did she hate me after she found out? I didn't know about her but I didn't hate her when I found out about you both. She looked at me after and she looked so cold like she didn't want me anymore." Tammy started crying again and Lou couldn't help but think about kicking Debbie ass when she saw her again.
"She doesn't hate you sweetheart. She was just confused and upset that she wasn't told from the beginning. She doesn't like to be blind sided like that, she loves to know everything about everyone and she didn't know that about you."
Lou tried to comfort the girl as best she could but it seemed that the only one that could reassure her was Debbie herself. 'Fat chance of that happening anytime soon with how stubborn she is.' Lou thought
Hearing crunching noises Lou pulled Tammy closer and looked around for the source of the noise. Seeing it was Debbie she nodded her head once letting her know it was safe to come closer.
Not knowing how Tammy would react, Debbie set her hand on her shoulder feeling her body go tense. Feeling hurt by the thought of her hurting Tammy, Debbie sat behind the girl and pushed her hair to the side. "I am so sorry Tan-tam. I shouldn't have treated you like that and I am so sorry." She spoke in a hushed tone as if not to frighten a scared animal.
"I don't care if you are a fence or if you're normal. To me you're just Tammy and I hope that to you I'm just Debbie." She continued to stroke her hair as she spoke and looked to Lou as if waiting for some answers or advice from the other blonde. Lou shook her head and let Tammy continue to cling to her.
Taking a deep breath Debbie said the words she has only spoken a few times. "I love you." Feeling Tammy tense even more and Lou's eyes boring into her Debbie continued. " I love you Tammy and I'm so sorry for the way I reacted and treated you. I love you and I hope you love me too." Eyes misting over she stopped stroking Tammy's hair and looked towards the ground. " I understand if you want me to go now. But just know I'm not giving up on you."
Getting ready to get up and walk away Debbie heard a soft mumble from the girl. "I couldn't hear you Tam. Can you say it again?"
A huff came out of Tammy and she pulled herself away from Lou and stared at Debbie with swollen red rimmed eyes. " I said I love you too you idiot." A small laughed escaped Lou and Debbie just smiled at the blonde. Turning fully towards the brunette she held out her hand.
Grasping it Debbie was pulled closer to Tammy and with a hairs breath away Tammy whispered against Debbie's lips, "you're a fucking idiot but I love you". Kissing the brunette made Tammy's head swim and she couldn't get enough of her.
Smiling like an idiot at the two, Lou started making kissy noises at the girls and laughed when they both flipped her off while still kissing. "Do I not get any loving tonight ladies? I at least deserve a simple kiss or I love you after what happened."
Breaking the kiss Tammy turned towards Lou and kissed her whisper 'I love you' to her before kissing the blonde. Smiling at her girls Debbie knew everything would be ok between the three of them so long as they loved each other.
