Chapter five ~ Olivia POV

"God I'm so hungry Liv." Rob pouted.

We have been moving stuff in and decorating the room together with Monica who really loved all the little nicknacks I brought with me.

"Well, you guys have been here for almost three hours. So it's no surprise he's hungry. If you walk out the dorms and go the left after about 10 minutes walking you'll find the cafeteria. Which has amazing fries!" Monica exclaimed.

And even before I could even say anything..

"Care to join us?" Rob asks. Being the polite ass he is.

"Yeah please join us for dinner? See it as a little return for helping me unpack."

"No, I cannot do that. You two should have some time alone since he is leaving tonight. And besides, I don't want to be the third wheel." She explains.

"Well, you're not. Whether you like it or not you're coming for dinner with us." I said as I grabbed her by the arm the same way she did before.

"And I'll be here every weekend." Rob said as he winked to me.

"Such a sappy couple the two of you." Monica laughed.

I entwined my other hand with Rob's as we walked over the cafeteria.

The cafeteria looked a bit like the diner from Greece and I immediately liked it. We sat at one of those round tables and all looked at the menu.

"You should both order the double cheeseburger with French fries and a vanilla milkshake." Monica says as she shows it on the menu.

"The fries here are the best." And she licks her lips.

"What can I get you guys?" The waitress asks. Rob and I both agreed on the burger, fries, and milkshake.
"I'll bring it to you as soon as it's ready." She smiled.

God Monica wasn't lying about those fries. They were really good. The milkshake was also very good, but I don't like those fake cherries on top of the whipped cream. I'd score this dinner an 8 out of 10.

"Peter!" Monica squeals. "Guys, this is Peter my best friend since kindergarten. Peter, this is Olivia my roommate and that's Rob her boyfriend."

Peter was a tall boy with dark hair and the most adorable smile.

"Hi Peter, nice to meet you." I smile.
"So you're also going to school here? Or just visiting Monica?" I wink.

He looked at me with a confused smile. "I'm also going to college here. So Rob you also go to college here?"

"No man, I'm going to college in Melbourne." 
Luckily Melbourne was only three hours away.

"Does anyone wants a dessert? Or else I'm paying." Rob says.

"No, I'm good!" Monica and I say in chore as we both start laughing.

"Wait! I can pay by myself." Monica shouts. But she's already too late.

"I'd love to hang out a bit more. But I really got to go. The boys are throwing a party at some random guy's house." Peter says.

"Was nice meeting you both. See you soon." He says as he hugs Monica and me and high fives Rob as he walks away.

"So I guess you got everything here. But, if you need anything you should just call me." Rob says as he pulls me into a hug.

"Rob it's fine. You know I can take care of myself. No need to worry. And if I ever might need anything I know I can call you." I say as I smile to him.

"See you next weekend, love." He says as he gives me a peck on the lips.

"See you soon pumpkin." I say as I kiss him back and he leaves the room.

"Olivia, can I ask you something?"

"Well you're already asking something, but go on ask." I laugh.

"Do you guys never say I love you when one of you leaves?" She asks a bit shy.

It hit me. Her words hit me. I've never said those words because I'm afraid to say them out loud. But we've been together for almost two years. And I've never said I love you to Rob. He did. But it has been a while since he said it to me. Can't blame him. I never said it back.

"I don't. I've got issues with the word love I guess." I admit.

"Come here." And she pulls me into a hug.
"I've only known you for a couple of hours and I already love you, Olivia. And you don't have to say it back. I won't judge you. Plus I'll always be right here for you."

This girl is so strange in a sweet way.

We stay there on her bed for a couple of minutes until we both decide it's time for bed.
