Chapter 69 | understanding Loyalty

No one's POV

The boys ran to Soarin's mansion. And looked all over for him. The guards didn't have a problem with them, since he already knows they are close buds with his boss.

When they reached the backyard they saw soarin swimming on the pool.

"Hey! You had a pool party without us!?" cheese called out and pouted.

Soarin saw them and waved.

"Hey guys!" he greets.

"Yow bro! You won't believe what actually happened earlier!" thunderlane said

"really? What?" soarin asked curiously

"Uhmm we'll tell you but first you have to promise to listen and try to understand" flash started.

Soarin's smile started to fade. The guys noticed it then soarin turned around and crossed his arms.

"it's about rainbow dash is it?" he asked.

"umm.. " his friends replied.

"how'd you know?" discord asked.

"Well...she's basically the only topic i wouldn't listen to" soarin replied while staring at the water

Flash stood up and walked near the pool.

"Well guess what! You're gonna have to listen to this weather you like it or not!" he yelled

Soarin turned to face them and sat on the ground. Thunderlane handed him a towel then soarin wiped his face and hair.

"fine! But make it quick"

Flash sighed and said, "first....rainbow didn't actually left you she did that just to protect you from her evil mother" he explained

"uh-huh yea she also told me that" soarin replied as if he didnt care.

They looked at him and spoke in chorus "you knew!?"

"uh yeah?" soarin replied

"well why didn't you get back to her by the time you knew!?" flash asked

"well I didn't want to ok!" soarin yelled.

They stood in disbelief and thunderlane then spoke.

"dude... Didn't you realize that all these painful years she was protecting you and now you're giving up on her?"

"i thought giving up on things wasn't your thing. And yet here you are" discord crossed his arms

"Hey this wouldn't have happened if 'she' trusted on 'us' that we could handle anything!"

"this is her mom we're talking about here soarin! Her mom is the most selfish person and she doesn't give mercy to anyone!" flash explained.

"even so!" soarin crossed his arms and they got frustrated and groaned.

"What would Rain say about this when she hears that her daddy isnt coming home!" flash yelled

soarin then felt a big weight on his shoulders after hearing what flash said.

Soarin faced them,

"w-what" he stuttered

"rain, your daughter? If you didn't know" flash said

"c'mon bro she's really expectin' ya to come back home with her" caramel said putting a hand on soarin's shoulder.

Then one of the guys handed me a voice recorder and told me to play it.

Flash's POV

After soarin listened to the record he suddenly just stood up and walked out.

Me and the guys followed him but he told us to wait here outside his room.

"ugh what's taking him so long? He's been there for almost an hour! Its almost gonna get dark soon!" discord complained

Then just in time he came out.

"finally!" i groaned

He had that smirk on his face me and the guys were a bit nervous about it.

"Uhm soar?" i called

"Hey guys up for mission?" he smirked

"heck yea!!!!" they cheered.

"uhm for what?" i asked

"a mission to win rainbow's heart again!" he proudly dedicated

We cheered and congratulated him for finally making the best decision!!!

"what made you change your mind? " cheese asked

"i guess i was wrong about things. I shouldn't have given up on rainbow yet. I should've just stayed loyal to her and tried to make things better instead of making things worse. This taught me a valuable lesson in life. And i thank you all for that" soarin said.

"well if you wanted to learn more things about loyalty you could totaly ask rainbow dash for some tips. I know that because she is the element of loyalty" discord winked

"here's a crown for more pleasure" thunderlane said and placed a cardboard crown on top of Soarin's head.

We all laughed to what thunderlane did, soarin took off the crown and asked "when did you have time to make this?"

"while you were doing your grand speech" thunderlane replied. Showing off the sissors and the cardboard

"alright that's enough" soarin laughs. He cleared his throat and explained.

No one's POV

"now here's the plan. Caramel and flash you try to hack all the CCTV camera's to make sure that while I'm inside i won't get any surprise meeting with the guards or dash's secretary." soarin started then caramel and flash nodded

"Meanwhile flash you try to figure out dash's secret spies who watches over her if there is and get information and inform me right away so i could be aware to the people i could run into." soarin told him

"ya got it 👉" flash gestured

"We will all use these wireless headset to communicate to each other. Once we're inside cheese try to distract the secretary so that i could get in to the elevator that only leads to the CEO's room." soarin told cheese then he took out a rubber balloon and started inflating it.

"Discord and thunderlane you guys will guard the door and keep the guards busy while im inside. Sounds good?" soarin asked

"I CAN'T WAIT" cheese yelled

"Then lets do this!"soarin cheered
